Terrible website. The products do not look the same as they do in the photos. Terrible quality materials. Staff are unhelpful in queries and problems. Returns are at the buyers expense. Do not use this company.

The largest size of the dress I ordered was still somewhat small for me, and the quality wasn't that good considering the price, but I did receive what I purchased within a few weeks and it looked and functioned fine.

I was very satisfied with my 2nd Order. The first coat I received was too small so my wife is wearing it. The second order this time around I asked for the biggest size and it fitted perfectly.send me my free gift the portable lamp, thanks g you.

I didn't receive my parcel but the team was very responsive and re sent the package quickly and effectively

I bought Godzilla King of the Monsters 3D Printed Blue Short Sleeve T-Shirt for my son and he absolutely loves it! The design was exactly what he was looking for 😊 Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a Butterfly Camouflage Print Zipper Long Sleeve Windproof Hooded Jacket and LOVE it. I hadn't heard of the Beautiful Halo previously and was slightly apprehensive but I was so happy with the product when it arrive. Everyone comments on the jacket when I wear it, so much so I bought my mother-in-law one...a funky look for rainy days.

Once VIP service were involved VIP customer service has resolved the issue with a satisfactory result .

Although there was slight damage to my purchase and my orders packaging appeared to have been opened, Beautiful Halo did what they could to get me a partial refund.

So I wrote a review of beautifulhalo because they wouldn't give me a refund. They then contacted me and said that they would give me a refund but only if I deleted my review and write another. They wrote:

We have received the notice and feedback of your order.
Now Your order has been upgrade to VIP Service, which would provide private customized proposal for your case.
We can apply for a 60% refund of product price for you as requested and you don't need to return the item back.
But we will have the authority to apply for the refund after you write a good review to confirm that you are satisfied with the solution.
Could you please write a good review first?
We won't ask you to lie and claim that our product is perfect.
You can provide feedback on your real experience, just show that you are satisfied with our processing results and give us four or five stars.

They didn't say I couldn't delete that review once I got my money back though. ;)

I have bought 4 butterflies Tiffany hanging ceiling lights. I absolutely love them so much. A very nice size. I would defenly buy them again. I just wish they had the butterflies with a fan on them that would be perfect.

Despite having an issue with delivery and a vital piece missing, I found BeautifulHalo’s customer service to be very proactive and helpful to resolve my issue.
Each time I contacted them they were swift in responding and keen to help.
Once I received the missing part I was extremely pleased with the product.
I would recommend BeautifulHalo to others.

Good experience, freight time is longer than in Australia but apart from that goods are notified along the way.

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from. I was not happy with a coat I bought (completely different to advertised). I had emailed them from November asking for the return address but was told by them nor to bother it's in China. After several emails back and fourth and them not giving me a return address I got in touch with resolver, within a week I was offered 50% and told to keep the coat which I did not want to do but after weeks of arguing I gave up. Oh I was told by Beautifulhalo when I write a good review I will get the 50% thsts why I got in contact with resolver. Please avoid this company, if I could give a no star I would
