I am a long term customer and have…

I am a long term customer and have really hesitated to renew again. Almost every product I love gets discontinued with no explanation. In favour of big fancy still very expensive skin care which is not my thing. Just feels like to direction of travel is a bit of a worry

Problem!!

I signed up for Beauty Pie on a friend's recommendation and ordered some items for another friend's Birthday. The delivery was delayed so I had to buy a different present!. I was delighted with the starter kit. Loved the products and was excited to order more. Sadly my 15% first order code does not work. I have contacted customer care who replied but problem not rectified.

Prices now are astronomical

Prices now are astronomical. Went to rejoin but then looked at the prices. Their Super Healthy Skin anti aging was £13.81 5 years ago- it’s now £39!
Really sad as loved their USP of luxury brands without the packaging and advertising to bring quality to customers at a lower price. Now they are just like every other company.

We wanted to clarify that our Super Healthy Skin Anti-Aging Cream is currently £19 for members, while £39 is the guest price. We value our members and want to make sure they continue to enjoy the great value that has always been at the heart of what we do.
