Good products overall
Good products overall, excellent customer service. Quite a few changes since I joined a few years ago though - products more expensive & Beauty Pie advertises itself quite extensively. Lots of products I’ve used aren’t made any more, so I’m reluctant to try new things now as this company is perhaps more reliant on large numbers buying consistently than some of the bigger high st retailers. I’ve now switched back to the High St for quite a few products as a result of price/ lack of availability.

I am really not sure what’s happened to…
I am really not sure what’s happened to Beauty Pie. I have used them for the last two years not had any problems or need to contact their customer service. in the last two weeks I have had two orders not arrive. No response from customer service at all (messaged a week ago), I have also tried to contact them also via Instagram and Facebook messenger. Has something happened, is the company no longer operating? I have run out of the products I needed and I am having to start a credit card chargeback today.

I receive what I order. Customer for about 4 years. When I have a question they reply. Although they do not honor returns, the one time (out of dozens of orders) my box was mis-delivered by the mail carrier, they graciously mailed me a replacement. This shows high class customer service. The retinol is gentle and the price is fantastic. I really love the apricot balm cleanser as it smooths my rough skin. The foundation was great. The vitamin C also seems effective. The Bond Bombshell completely restored my hammered hair- highly recommend it!
