I have been using Beauty Pie products…
I have been using Beauty Pie products now for several years and do not use any other skin or make up products. I have some firm favourites such as the flash face lift and the oil face cleanser in the skin products. I use the tube mascara, it is the only mascara that doesn't smudge. I enjoy trying new product, Beauty Pie are very innovative.
Recently, I had an order which didn't arrive (more a carrier problem), this was quickly replaced by Beauty Pie. This was a present for my daughter so I was really grateful for the fast response. I find the products really good value for money and often give as gifts.

I had been a member for 6 years
I had been a member for 6 years. When my membership renewed, I was sent a code for a gift, as per usual. But the code didn’t work. After following all of their instructions, many emails (about half answered by them) I was finally sent a new code, but by then, an item I really wanted was sold out. I cancelled my membership because the service was so appalling. They refunded me and now we are officially over. So much for my 6 years of loyalty…they don’t care.

I love beauty pie products I used to keep my skin tip top
I love beauty pie products I used to purchase things from my daughter’s account but decided to open one myself. The only item I purchased that I was not entirely happy with was a concealer it smelt old and off but this does not put me off the products because genuinely they are very good quality for a fair price.

Didn’t receive my latest order and have had no communication from Beauty Pie. I’m very reluctant to to order again. Items were left by courier but when I got home from work I couldn’t find the parcel. Beauty Pie customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Seemingly it’s great when you’re spending money but they’re not interested when things go wrong.
