Payment options offer only paypal so I had to open a paypal account which I didn't want. when I phoned to find out more options the person I spoke to could offer no help/she was as just in the dark as I was.

I have been very please with my purchases from Beddington's Bed and Bath.
I received my order faster than expected. I am going to order some other things this afternoon.

Great website; easy to navigate. Product is exactly what we expected. Delivery was super fast.

Great prices, choices and quality in pillows and pillow coverings, delivery was quick. Finally queen pillows and cases that are queen, not standard/queen.

Very helpful staff every time I phone to make enquiries of products. They arrive fast
And in excellent condition. Use them often.

In store experience much easier than online

Bamboo Towels
I really like the bamboo towels. Very high quality and nice colours to choose from. It took a few days longer than I was expecting - but arrived in good condition with no issues. My only disappointment is that Beddington's didn't have the bamboo sheets on the web site at all. They are my favourite sheets. Now I don't know where to get them.

When I shop in the actual store, it’s great the sales people are awesome. Shopping online is a different story I did not receive what I ordered plus there was no invoice or receipt with my purchase. Now I have to go to the store to make the corrections what a disappointment!!!

It is nice to be able to talk to a real person. Delivery was prompt and when I requested information about the delivery they were willing to accommodate me. Product was excellent.

The delivery time took way too long from when I ordered the item to when it was 'shipped'. It was close to two weeks. Most places you don't have to pay a shipping cost over $50. So this was an additional charge that I feel was unnecessary. I returned the item to the store - that took a really long time as they had to manually enter all my information. It should be able to be scanned from my bar code on my phone. I feel your whole online experience is very passe.

I really appreciated the online support in choosing the appropriate bedsheets to accompany my purchase of a duvet cover. The recommendations provided by the sales rep were spot on! I am very pleased with the set I bought the sales rep was very knowledgeable.

A difficultly was encountered in the delivery. I never received a notice from Beddington to indicate a tracking number to trace the package. After the expected delivery date came and went I had to call to Beddingtons to obtain the tracking number. UPS was the carrier and they are a disaster in delivery ability in my smaller city. The package eventually arrived, late and after considerable frustration with my calls to UPS to effect the delivery.

Good product, good price, efficient shipping. Would do again. Better than the store experience.

All products met expectations. Delivery veey fast and accurate. Only drawback is payment has to go through PayPal.

Product was easy to buy online and came quickly, but the quality of the “1,000 thread count” sheets is very poor.
