I was sent the correct item but in the wrong colour. When I called customer service they were rude and wouldn’t let me explain what I had experienced without interrupting many times. I was basically told that I was sent white because there was a website colour error where the customer couldn’t choose the colour so they just decided to take their chances and send the white as opposed to one of the 2 other options. I would not shop at beddingtons.com again. Luckily the manager in store was very friendly and accommodating for the return.

No issues at all with delivery! Real quick. Probably a week and I live in AB. I left ON a while ago and couldn’t find any Beddington’s stores here! Glad they deliver.

I did not receive any tracking numbers and I had to phone to find where my order was. Items that where in stock when I placed my order were not instock and had to wait for it to come in.

Ordered 2 items on January 17th and received email that it was shipped on the 22nd Jan. Payment came out of our mastercard on the 19th January. Tracer number was never sent and order still not received 29 January. Email sent and was told pay pal hadn't gone through. Replied and said we paid with mastercard and not pay pal. No response to this email but confirmation shipping notice was received 01 February. Order received 5th of February and we are happy with the sheet sets. It may have been a nice gesture to reply to my last email to say that an error was made and it would be sent asap but we did not receive any further explanation.

I love the sheets from Beddigtons. They are thick and good quality. This time there was a delay in delivery, but after I called they were sent the next day.

When I went to the website I signed up for emails, which gave me an extra percentage off; however, when I applied the code it did not seem to work as the discount seemed to disappear and I could not go back to re-input the code. I did finally call the company and spoke to someone who stayed with me on the phone until we figured it out together. I had to complete all screens and payment info before seeing the discount applied. That experience needs to be improved
