Bed247 Return policy, or lack there of!

Just brought a mattress. We tested it in its wrapper but way too firm, saw that there were documents inside the opaque wrapper so opened as thought these would be return details gurantee etc, now beds247 won't return the item, as we opened the wrapper, hiding behind T@Cs, we're now stuck with a super firm martress and few hundred quid out of pocket. Go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, avoid. The Seally mattress I purchased from them has a fault which means it ends up with a dip 2-3 inches deep. The first time I contacted them about this, they were quick to respond and I received a replacement mattress from Seally. Unfortunately in less than 6 months, it dipped again. I first contacted them about it a few days into July. They responded asking for photos which I sent and then I heard nothing back so I chased it. On 26th July I received an email apologizing saying they checked the emails and there were no images and could I resend and they would prioritize it and process on that day. I then sent the original email in again on that day because from my end, the photos are there. I have heard nothing since this day despite many emails of complaint chasing it up. It has now got to the point that I will have to involve trading standards. All they need to do is pass the details on to Seally. My back is currently so bad due to this mattress that I can’t bend over at all and am in a lot of pain. This has been costing me over the 2 months I’ve been trying to get it replaced £55 twice a month in sports massage therapy.

I’ve finally received my headboard…

I’ve finally received my headboard after a 3 week wait and numerous attempts to contact their rude abrupt manager telling me to drop the dispute with PayPal before I’d received the headboard.
The Staples on the bed base & headboard where left proud & had to be hammered flush, 2 x holes had to be drilled to allow the feet to be installed to the bed base.
I would not recommend this company due to the standard of work & the customer service was atrocious!!!

Also known as;
Trading as; locally 'Sleepshop', online 'Beds247' main business is FGS Furnishings Ltd. Oakside Park Ind. Est., East Road, Sleaford, Lincs, NG34 7EQ. 
Bought an expensive Sealy mattress 0n 06 August 2019 with a lead time of 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, it's now 14th September 2019 & they are saying they don't know how long it will take, they blamed Sealy saying it was a manufacturing problem. After speaking to Sealy who said there are no issues at their end, they asked for the sellers name & advised there may be an issue with the retailer & to contact them.
Paid several hundred pounds & getting fobbed off
Eventually they would pick up the phone & hang up, they only answered when i withheld my number.
Utterly disgraceful & downright dodgy as hell.
