Sleepvio is a scam. I ordered this product on April 23, 2020. I also inquired how long will it take to be delivered and will I receive a tracking #?

It's been more than 90 days and still no product!
Stay away from their website.

I called my credit card company to report FRAUD ACTIVITY with Sleepvio to reverse the charges. They processed the case and sent me verification the case was being closed on 7/30/20. I just received another letter from my credit card company stating Sleepvio is disputing the charges, when Sleepvio NEVER delivered the product.
This company is a straight fraud, I tried to call them but the number was a fake also. But get a load of Sleepvio trying to dispute the charge.
I can guarrantee one thing if my credit card company accepts the charge from Sleepvio, I'll CANCEL my credit card with them also.
TOO BAD I CAN'T GIVE SLEEPVIO NO STARS BECAUSE THEY DESERVE LESS THAN THAT. Sleepvio SCAMMERS. Don't fall for their website garbage.
They (Sleepvio) won't verify where the product was sent. If the product was sent why couldn't you (Sleepvio) verify it with a TRACKING # like normal legitimate companies do.

Ordered in April it’s almost July and still no product. Tracking is still in China and they will not refund because it was already shipped. Absolutely the worst company or lack there of DO NOT-ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY PLEASES YOU WIL REGRET IT

What a scam. It has been three months and no product. Have inquired three times and keep getting the run around. It's already Shipped. Right. This company is a SCAM!!!!!

This company is a scam. I found them advertising on Facebook. Ordered the product in February and got a tracking slip. When I tracked the order it said it was in China. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't give me one because my order already shipped. I followed back up two weeks later and they told me it was lost and that they sent it out again. I waited again and didn't get anything. I checked for reviews online or a customer service number and couldn't find anything. I emailed them again asking for a refund and again they said they couldn't because of my item had shipped and again when tracking the shipment it was still in China. It's May and I still don't have anything. Now, they won't even respond to me. This company is made up scam.
