What a bargain! And such a brilliant service ! I had a fantastic response when I enquired about my order though emails. I also received a phone call 2 days before delivery to let me know when it would be here. I am very happy with the bed.. it looks fab, and was easy to put together . If I could give this company a minus I would. Absolutely disgusting. They take advantage of people, and are very very clever at being a total scam. You will never recieve the bed/mattress, and you will never be able to contact them. Avoid at all costs!!!! Total scum.

Ditto to what another person has put. I am disabled (which they knew) but am now having to sleep on the floor because of these lowdown conning scumbags. I am so angry at myself for falling victim to this. Bed hasnt been received and you cannot contact them 😡

Im so angry with myself for not doing enough research into this cowboy,company. Ive saved all my money to buy a new mattress which isnt fit for a dog bed. They are refusing me a refund and ive only had it 2 days. Im contacting Trading standards now, as the mattress does not have a stitched in British standard fire safety lable so god knows what would happen. Absolute thieving crooks.

Unbelievably poor service! Bed never arrived. 40 minute wait times on their call centre then they hang up when you ask for a refund. This company is rogue. Don’t touch them.

Basically purchased an ottoman bed from them. The colour on the description did not match the colour of the photographs. They basically said that it was because studio lighting conditions and did not acknowledge that the bed they are selling is not the one in picture. Their customer service is awful and trust me, if I could give them a 0 I will. If you can, avoid them.

Purchased a bunk bed and once it arrived the drawers do not fit correctly and it’s not as advertised. On contacting bedworld took them 6 days to get back to me only to say it’s not faulty and will charge a collection fee to pick up as I want a refund and keep stating the bed is faulty. Would never buy from here again they are quick to take your money and give you products that don’t match their website. My biggest mistake buying from them and would not recommend them to anyone. Stay well clear and go to a decent company

I really wish we had read the reviews first! My wife purchased a single Magnus 5000 Pillowtop mattress and slept in it last night. Just as described by another person previously - it was like sleeping on a bag of bricks! She awoke with a bad back, bad neck and stinking headache! Reading reviews on their after sales service it looks like we will cut our losses and not bother trying to return but buy a branded mattress instead. We were given delivery slot of 7am - 7pm and our delivery was probably last of the day. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ordered the same make bed as one from a Bedworld outlet last year, as seems OK. New mattress, ordered online, is completely different, VERY uncomfortable and totally different to exactly same model mattress delivered last year - no idea what this one contains but the floor is comfier. Ordered castors for divan but was delivered packaged with wheels (that broke as soon as you sat on the mattress). Have emailed Bedworld twice - no response after over a month. Still waiting for items ordered and paid for that weren't delivered. Very disappointed and feel scammed - figure I got lucky last time with the mattress/divan from outlet. Do not recommend either the products or the company. Avoid.

Amar delivered the items in my flat I am happy with the driver.He was very helpful.

I had to return a mattress due to substandard was dealt with straight with a new on sent and the driver shokat was so helpful and courteous.

Zero stars for bedworld. Shocking piece of crap they call a bed. Ordered small divan bed. Every part of bed had problems.
Casters wouldnt go in. Material all coming apart. Headboard wood looked like it had been chewed by rats. Bolts would not stay in place as holes too big and crumbling. This is an absolute shocker. Shame on you bedworld. The only good thing i can say as the bed arrived quickly and delivery guy was nice. Only left at front door of flat and i had to get it to 2nd floor.
I would never ever recommend to buy from bedworld.

Absolute crap beds, made from wood from which looks like a pallet and a layer of cardboard on top. Having back problems and i realised it was down to this very poorly made in safe bed , wouldnt even let a dog sleep on this never mind to humans.

Bedworld phoned some days before delivery and they delivered as promised. The driver Shokat rang with a time on the said date. Shokat was punctual, courteous and helpful.

Would give no stars if that was an option. Same problems as everyone else has experienced. No contact from Firm since they phoned to delay order. Can't email them and they won't answer phone. Shocking that Facebook and others allow them to advertise on their Site. Taking money under false pretences during a Pandemic. Sad just sad. Scum

This is the 2nd purchase I have made and received from Bedworld in the last 7weeks. Customer service excellent,order processed on point alongside telephone call to give me a delivery date and time. Just spoken with my parents who absolutely love the bed. They slept so well last night and said their new bed is of Excellent quality. Shout out to Shokat the delivery driver who was on time and efficient and friendly. Thankyou Bedworld. I would highly recommend you!!

Please don't buy from this company. I bought a mattress from this company and asked for a refund, over two months now and no response, this is the second time I have sent a review and nothing has changed, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, LET'S GET THEM SHUT DOWN ,THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY UNFAIRLY, I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL GET MY REFUND SO I'M STUCKED WITH A MATTRESS WHICH IS NO GOOD TO ME ,AND I'M A PENSIONER 😪😪😪

I ordered a bed and the website stated that it would be delivered within 10 days. After 12 days I contacted the company to ask where it was and I was told it was out of stock but would be back in stock the following week and would be delivered then.

The next day I got an email saying it was out of stock and not being delivered and I should choose another item.

I did not want another item so requested a refund.

After multiple chases and a number of weeks later, I finally got the refund.

I am very disappointed that I had to contact Bedworld to find out where the bed was, they made no effort to tell me the bed was not coming, even though they must have known it was not going to be delivered.
I don't think they should have taken the money out of my account if the item was not in stock.
I would not recommend this company

Delivery arrived on time, a week after I ordered it. I was called 30 minutes beforehand. It was a small double ottoman bed with mattress and quite heavy. Luckily I had my son to help as the bed didn’t come further than the doorstep. When I asked the chap if he could help my son, he said he wasn’t allowed to come in. We managed to get it upstairs. It was well packaged and undamaged. Assembly would have been easier with instructions but we managed in the end. The bed is comfy if a little firmer than I expected. I ordered a medium. I received flat slider feet instead of the casters I opted for, but they are fine and the bed is movable. Having bought another bed from dreams the previous month, I was much happier with them. Two friendly drivers who assembled the bed in the room for me. However bedworld are cheaper, I probably saved £300 for a similar item.
