FAST! Excellent service!
I ordered a scanner from Befro yesterday afternoon and it arrived by regular Danish post at 8:30 this morning! I am blown away by the lightning fast service. I also appreciate that the packaging was totally secure, but minimal and as environmentally sound as possible (i.e. all paper and carton, no styrofoam or plastic of any sort). Befro also sent me an e-mailed confirmation with detailed instructions about what to do, and whom to contact, in case of questions/issues, etc. I appreciate that kind of transparency and readiness to be of service -- which is not universal. I happily recommend Befro.
