Outrageous behaviour on the side of the company
This has to be one of the worse companies there is the machine lasted one year just …we paid for insurance…….the engine took three weeks to come claim it was the drum and bearing clearly no idea what so ever ….turn with No new drum and no bearing ….claimed it as a bra strap ….utter utter disgrace …advice people never buy this produce disgusted ……

Purchased a freezer from them via Curry’s In January 2025 it lasted to May 2025 they sent out a engineer to fix it he arrived & said the product was not fit for purpose was not gassed wired correctly & we lost over £500 worth of food & they didn’t careless what a great company don’t waste money on this company’s they don’t care about you .

Totally unreliable delivery service. Dishwasher ordered for a Christmas Present - booked for delivery 22nd December …didn’t arrive NO COMMUNICATION about their failure ….Chased today (27/12) told delivery now Next Week ! I.e. January …Order at your peril !

Went on the phone to register appliance and was told basically if I didn’t take extra cover out I had to pay £130 call out fee and use their engineer or guarantee was void so waste of time really and the lad on the other end of phone wasn’t the most pleasant

Beko supplied an Oven and hob to B and Q that as a result could have burned down my home! After months of phone calls and emails to your Staff And you I get a response of claim for damages on your home insurance?... what a cheek to be polite Beko is a company to Avoid Avoid Avoid... Problems returning a faulty new Beko cordless vacuum…
I ordered a Beko cordless vacuum cleaner from the Beko website. It was delivered within 48 hours. However, it was badly packaged with the box held together with sellotape. After I had assembled and charged the vacuum cleaner I found it did not work. Thereafter, my attempts to get a replacement have been extremely frustrating. It is now 9 days and three lengthy phone calls later and I've asked for a refund. However, I can't get this until the faulty vacuum is returned and I still haven't received the authorisation code to facilitate this; apparently I have to wait for them to contact me with this! I'm not impressed.

Never again will I buy a beko 9kg washing machine been nothing but trouble water comes out of the drawer every other wash softener dispenser has never worked properly have replaced the drawer at my cost as this is not covered parts take 3 months to arrive so have just purchased a Samsung hopefully better luck with this.

Bought a Beko washer/dryer in September 2021. What a nightmare !!!!! Started having problems in the first month. Had the engineer in 3 times. Numerous problems with it. Sometimes it would spin, sometimes it wouldn,t, even with lightweight washes. Then it started leaking and i had to replace lino because of it. That was it !!!! Bought a new washer ( Not Beko ) and scrapped the Beko. Scrapman was very pleased with it !!!!!!

They sold me a faulty machine . In a year, I have had 5 different engineers. I do not have a working washing machine now, this is over a month. I am still waiting for them to get me a new machine.They claim they cannot replace it !!!! The engineers are trying to diagnose the fault . It has taken two separate engineers in a space of 2 weeks and still the machine is not working. This machine is only a year old .

We have bought a Beko under counter fridge model UR4584, but we found a safety glass was missing. We phoned to customer serivce (CS) hotline. Then they send one new safety glass to us by fast delivery service. We statisfy their after sales service and support.

What a cowboy outfit we bought a Beko fridge freezer just over two years ago and need a replacement bottle shelf.Totally impossible you Google them some of the numbers are obsolete,the others are not as described.Amazingly they are still hiding behind the COVID excuse i.e someone tell them everyone's back at work.Hard to speak to a .human.Oh and by the way there is no number for spares.What a joke.Can see by their ratings it's unanimous .STEER CLEAR !!!!!

Eventually got a a reply "We don't supply a spare part for this product, but you could try an independent retailer" - duly ordered but it's now got to be "shipped", from somewhere in Europe.......
For a company that prides itself on green credentials this is shocking service; a tiny component breaks and renders the whole machine useless.

Dont buy from BEKO
Brought a combo hob & single oven.
Not even two years old, noticed mark on hob( though it was egg yoke instead sliced top of my thumb off).
Took a picture crack from top right down to middle ..Sent it in to Beko to be top ive dropped something on it ,and classed as misued so not covered by warranty.
I class it as not fit for purpose,as i should be able to put a frying pan and a deep fat fryer on the hob !!
Wont be buying from these again !
POOR QUALITY
Seven years ago I purchased a Beko fridge, against the advice of the people fitting my new kitchen.
Three and a half years later one of the hinges snapped and as the parts are only sold in pairs it cost over £100 to get things back to normal
A further three and a half years on and both hinges have now snapped which will cost another £100+ to put right.
I have to assume that Beko hinges are set to fail every 3 to 4 years so have cut my losses and bought another brand of fridge.
My conclusion...Beko fridges are rubbish!!

I bought a Beko dishwasher just over a year ago from AO. The salt light would not go off however much salt I put in. I thought for ages I was doing something wrong. so kept trying everything possible to correct it. The more salt I added the worse it became. I used different brands of tablets. The glasses came out white and dishes and cups were not clean. While under warranty they sent someone out to fix it .He came in took the top off the salt compartment, said there was no salt in it and walked out again. So I thought it must be me. I've never had this with a dishwasher before, that's why I kept on blaming myself. I rang AO to tell them my problem. By this time the machine was just out of warranty. They said if I get an engineers report sent to them and the machine was actually faulty from the start, that they would replace it. The engineer is coming out this week and I'm hoping he will agree it is faulty, or gets it running properly again. But I won't be buying anything else with the Beko name on again, even though I have previously been happy with their products. At least AO are prepared to take responsibility for what they are selling. So I am hoping for a good outcome and a working dishwasher. No thanks to Beko.
