They send me soo bad table made table u cant imagine. So now tehy are doing everything just to not take this table back and return my money. Stay away from this store!

I bought a navy bench. The delivery was fast and the item is as described. It's very important that the colors are true to the pictures. The assembly instructions are easy to follow. I will definitely buy something again.

I ordered a bed frame from Beliani, and would highly recommend buying your furniture from anyone other than Beliani. The amount of communication, planning and customer service has been absolutely rock bottom. On the other hand, abdication of responsibility and poor excuses has been amazing. I had to go through 3 wrong deliveries and countless hours lost from my work before they finally got my order delivered. And I have only been offered a 10% discount on my next purchase as compensation.
I will not be shopping with them again, and neither should you.
Good advice from here. Go to. It seems like they have it together :)

I have shopped a few times at Beliani. Every time it has been a pleasure. Fast dispatch and delivery. Goods and prices certainly live up to expectations

I enjoy shopping at Beliani. The products are of a high quality and their prices are reasonable as well. Whenever I have experienced any issues, their customer service team have always been helpful and understanding.

The advertised “free shipping” clause is not quite so. The company strikes the cheapest deal with carriers who use pick-up centers 1km away from destination, even though the “parcel” weighs over 20 kilos. Not very inspired for a furniture shop. My complaints have been ignored by the staff, probably in the hope that they will go away.
Order no 9873962 of 29 November 2023, shipped on 5 December. First complaint to DK staff about delivery on 7 December, unanswered. I made this review on 12 December, after which I was finally contacted by the staff. The pick-up center returned the item in question on December 14. Beliani.dk staff advanced a possible solution to the problem on December 15, but it was too late. To this day I am not in possession of the chair purchased in November.

Really easy to use site with many different items for a reasonable price. I cannot comment on quality yet because I have not received my items but so far, I am very happy with my shopping experience with Beliani.

A good experience. You can find everything you want at affordable prices.

Though product are generally of a good quality, the customer service Is outright terrible. We bought two quite expensive carpets and due to renovations at the house, I couldn't lay them out properly until about a month after delivery. One of the carpets had a very visible flaud, which was not a damage, but a production error.
Reply essentially was, "your complaint is too late, we do not accept your complaint and it's a small error anyway, so we wouldn't have accepted it in any case".
This kind of reply shows clearly that they do NOT support their products with any kind of warranty for workmanship, which is actually against the law, but too much work to make a case of.
They had first tried to blame it on my handling and transportation damage, which I should have reported, but this is not the case. Then I got the above reply.
Last time I am ever buying anything from this company, no matter the prices or great products.
