Really a shop you can trust, sofa came in exact the colour shown on their website and fabric was of high quality, will certainly buy again. The only downside was delivery time, originally shown as 1 week, ended up to be more than 4 weeks.

This is one of the worst customer experiences Iøve had with an online company. Ordered an item back in January and still not received it yet. The paiement got taken immediately though. They claim shipping company lost track of the parcel. Now customer service have stopped replying. Do not trust them with your orders!

Please if you care about you mental health, DONOT buy from this company. I have never in my life written a review online, but I feel I should try my best to save others from going through this trauma. I was promised delivery in 3-5 days and it is the 45th day today and no signs of my package. The customer service is of no help other than telling you that it will come next week. Now they have redirected me to the delivery company and it is the same story there. Last week I was told that my package is in Copenhagen and will be delivered early next week. Today they told me it is in Fredricia and will be delivered next week. I wish people would listen to all the negative reviews. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews before ordering. Believe me its not worth it. If you buy from them, you are actually paying them to torture you for next, god knows how many weeks.

Not good service. Ordered an return but return guy never showed up and hence they gave us no option but to opt for refund voucher which can only be used for Beliani.

The products are of the expected quality as described on the site. However, the service is poor. They were issues with my order to start with; they never bother to check. Three days later I called and they fix the problem. Days passed with no news and my order has not been delivered yet! I called and chatted with the customer service online. Each time instead of assisting and fixing the issue, they get defensive. Once I was told “Denmark is a busy market you have to wait” and once the guy was copying and pasting from the Terms and Conditions of the order to justify that they are not late to deliver! Finally, the order was deliver almost 2 weeks later! Worse, I paid for the delivery where the driver helps you to carry the product to the apartment. He just dropped the items in front of the building door and left! Almost 10 big heavy boxes!!

Beliani is the worst company brand for furniture. All their products are extremely low quality and the service is at the level of fraud.

The Patio set we purchased is of excellent quality and as advertised. The purchase experience was outstanding and considering the challenges of doing a remote purchase from the US for a home in DK they made it seamless. They also worked very closely with us on very narrow delivery timeframes due to the same reason. We have also now purchased the outside cover and very happy with its quality and size - fits perfect. Will be looking to Beliani for future purchases for our home in Denmark.
