It's not even 1 star it's dying lying business. I ordered mattress for black Friday (with discounted price), paid and then story started. They were playing with delivery for almost 3 months promising that delivery comes monday-friday from 9-18 please wait and stay at home. Once they said that it came but I wasn't at home, but there was no message, no phone call , no email, no notification about delivery, so there was no delivery. And again tomorrow and tomorrow and nothing. Then I asked to return money back , they returned and for sorry proposed me to choose some gift. I chose. What do you think? No gift, no mattress 😂. Avoid buying from them. They are scammers nowadays.

Horrible experience. All "available" items on their website say they will take 5 business days to be delivered. A month and a half later we have 0 furniture and 0 updates. They also don't allow you to give a 1 star rating on their website due to an "error" so whatever they show is skewed.

We were looking for a new bed and after trying many shops, we decided to order one online. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and packaging of the bed. Delivery from Germany was also prompt. Thank you, Beliani.fi!

Good quality of products and fast delivery

I ordered a bed frame (489€) from Beliani and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

The first parts arrived on 3–4 September, but the visible part of the bed frame was defective (dent in the product). I immediately reported the issue. A replacement was finally delivered on 19 September, but shockingly, it was also defective. The second package had two big holes in it. The product itself had two visible dents in the upholstery – this is not what you expect from a brand-new bed.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company has not been ignoring my emails for 5 days. No response at all.

I have called them multiple times and over the phone, they claimed that the 14 day return policy has already expired. They also suggested that they might refund 1/3 as a gift card as the product was sent in 3 packages and only of them had a defect (the most visible part of the bed frame).

This is misleading and incorrect under Finnish consumer law. Visible cosmetic defects are also legally considered defects, and the company is obligated to provide a flawless product or refund. The company has had already two chances to send an intact product and they failed. Therefore, I requested for a full monetary refund which is my legal right.

I have wasted weeks waiting for replacement parts, only to receive multiple defective items. Their refusal to acknowledge the issue and their attempts to hide behind the 14-day rule show very poor customer service and disregard for consumer rights.

I cannot recommend Beliani to anyone – if something goes wrong, you may face the same dismissive treatment. Unless this is issue is solved soon, I’ll be taking this matter to the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) and, if needed, the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

Very fast shipping, all items were as in the pictures and came with very good assembling instructions. Very glad with my products and can fully recommend.

I bought a dining set. Price was affordable and the quality came better than I expected. I will definitely consider the site again.

I got a garden table and chairs for my balcony and I'm obsessed! They look so nice and honestly the quality's awesome for what I paid. They showed up right on time too. Now I'm out there sipping my coffee every morning. Best decision ever!

I am ordering from Beliani second time now, and I am supper happy with my order experience and all purchases again. This time I have furnished my new apartment and bought sofa, side table, bed, mattress, lamp, rug and small bench. I am soo in love with all of them! They are just like on the pictures + great quality, wonderful soft&smooth materials (sofa, bed and small bench are made of velvet) and so beautiful design and elements! Bed and sofa feels so comfy, and it was pretty easy to assemble all of them with manuals provided. Experience with delivery companies (DSV and GLS) was great: everything was delivered in perfect condition exactly on the day it was ordered. And also want to highlight Customer Service here separately. Really fast and kind support with all questions: firstly - with adjusting my initial order, and secondly - with helping me to track order and getting it to my place on the expected date, since it was very important for me to get some furniture to the empty house. Now new home feels cozy and beautiful. Thank you Beliani! I am so grateful and happy, and already recommend you to my friends.
