Excellent service and value
Joanne was so friendly when we met her at the showroom in Bowburn. She helped us choose everything we needed for our new bathroom. The whole experience was excellent from the choosing of larger items to advice on the small things like the tap. The prices were very reasonable, great value for money. Communication was great right through to the delivery day. I cannot praise this company enough. Would highly recommend. We now have a beautiful stylish bathroom that was a fraction of the cost quoted by other companies.

Ordered a shower tray from Bella…
Ordered a shower tray from Bella Bathrooms which arrived damaged.
The company did send a replacement, which I appreciate, but they have refused to arrange collection of the broken tray. This has left me with a large, heavy concrete tray blocking my hallway.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 retailers are responsible for the return or collection of faulty goods, so I am hoping the company will review this situation and arrange collection before I have to escalate.

Your reply is factually incorrect and is why we deemed it necessary to escalate the complaint and also email multiple times without receiving any positive response until nearly 2 weeks had elapsed.

Found everything in one place. Good price, fast delivery. The only one issue was the delivery. We didnt have a time slot at all, just a day, which is complicated when you are working.
