Accurate product description and fast delivery!

Fast and reliable service. I ordered a new mobile phone and it was delivered the next day! I will definitely order from Belsimpel again!

The phone was delivered in less than 24 hours, perfect service, trustable company.

Bad experience ordering Pixel 9 pro but liked how it was handled eventually. They did deliver the phone within 3 weeks as promised but there was no proper update on the delivery date. Customer care also didn't know when it will be delivered.
Customer care called me and explained the situation that there were delays from supplier side with this device and took the feedback to improve it in future. They also offered a voucher to compensate for the bad experience which is appreciated.

DON'T buy anything on this website especially you have a business account, because the customer service just trick you on the phone that you can get the tax back automatically after the purchase. After you purchased, then they told you it is not possible because you are in the netherlands.
But when i purchase the phone, there is only info about automatically get btw back or get a factuur without tax.

Shocking order process for a "modern" business.

1. They take payment BEFORE you have a signed contract that requires you to jump through a lot of hoops. This should be completely illegal.

2. Some of those hoops require you to not only spend more money to comlplte but also take a considerable amount of time too.

3. When documents are denied, there is no reason given in the form of a follow up email or any indication on the website itself, jsut that an "action" is required to complete. Resubmitting these several times makes no difference as you are left in the dark compeltely.

4. Emailing a complaint and asking for help falls on deaf ears, not a single response recieved after 5 days.

5. Only after having to call them to complain and find out what the F is happening do I learn that the provider does not accept a PASSPORT from outside the EU as a valid id. Not that this was mentioned AT ALL in the order process OR the file upload process, OR the document denied process. All easy opportunuties to inform me of this and stop wasting my time.

So in short, I was marketed to as a simple straight forward order process and that I would receive my phone THE NEXT DAY and only after paying them €400 up front did the reality set in and 6 days later I still do not have a phone or contract but they have €400 in their bank account. Oh and that will take an additional 5 days to receive back from them because why not right? So basically I gave them a €400 loan, interest free, for 11 days and this is compeltely legal.

Avoid this shitshow.

I boight a tablet that I needed for my studies. It was supposed to come the next day. Well it didnt. They apologized and assured that it would be delivered the next day. Again nothing. I understood that the problem lies with postNL and it happens a lot but they still use PostNL services knowing the issues. Empty promises only. Very unaccountable company.

I have been to both the Belsimpel store for some assistance with my phone and have purchased (and made a return, which was very easy and I was quickly refunded in full for) several items from their site. Super nice prices, easy to use website, and the customer service agents I spoke to were extremely helpful and kind. Great shop!

NEW SIM OR TELEPHONE subscribers I just wanted to remind you about the following very important NOTE:
Stay away from those two (BEN and BELSIMPLE) scam self-centered, incompetent, unfriendly, unhelpful companies. I had a 2-year contract and completed the contract and asked for an official confirmation letter stating the contract was paid and completed. Although those two service providers initially processed my subscription contract together and were 100% business partners
However, neither of these companies is willing to cooperate and resolve my inquiry. Indeed! When such an incompetent bunch of unprofessionals runs a big company, you will face big disrespect and ignorance.

###To describe this organization in short, logical thinking is severely lacking, and It is a wretched organization run by a stubborn and ignorant group.

Had a problem with a delivery and requested a refund as the phone would have arrived too late for my son’s birthday. Everything was dealt with quickly and stress free. I will order from them in the future. Very good service!

We don't want to shop at Belsimpel anymore! All you get are problems and time lost. Unbelievable & unprofessional service! We need a new mobile urgently as my mobile is not working good. Belsimpel said it can be delivered the next day so we ordered on 2/6. Till now we recieved no new phone but €314.95 is gone to Belsimpel, thanks god finally on 7 June we recieved the refund. We received twice email from Belsimpel saying that we need to pay €0.01 to verify our transaction. We did it as told. Today, 5 June, I saw in the customer portal that my order is cancelled. Nobody contact me, no email, no phone call, no explanation...even I called to the customer service, he said better buy somewhere else. What about our money? He guarantee it will be paid within 5 days. I have to ask him several times in order to have an email about this. Pray for us that we can get back our refund without hassle, I already lost my time calling them everyday to chase my order, that's why I want to share our experience with you all.

Wij willen niet meer bij Belsimpel winkelen! Het enige wat je krijgt zijn problemen en verloren tijd. Ongelooflijke en onprofessionele service! We hebben dringend een nieuwe mobiel nodig omdat mijn mobiel niet goed werkt. Belsimpel zei dat het de volgende dag geleverd kon worden, dus bestelden we op 2/6. Tot nu toe hebben we geen nieuwe telefoon ontvangen, maar € 314,95 is naar Belsimpel gegaan, we hopen dat ze ons snel terugbetalen! We hebben twee keer een e-mail ontvangen van Belsimpel waarin staat dat we € 0,01 moeten betalen om onze transactie te verifiëren. We hebben het gedaan zoals gezegd. Vandaag, 5 juni, zag ik in het klantenportaal dat mijn bestelling is geannuleerd. Niemand neemt contact met mij op, geen e-mail, geen telefoontje, geen uitleg... zelfs ik belde naar de klantenservice, hij zei dat ik beter ergens anders kon kopen. Hoe zit het met ons geld? Hij garandeert dat het binnen 5 dagen wordt betaald. Ik moet hem meerdere keren vragen om hierover een e-mail te krijgen. Gelukkige dat onze terugbetaling zonder problemen terugkrijgen op 7/6. Ik ben al mijn tijd kwijt door ze elke dag te bellen om mijn bestelling na te jagen, daarom wil ik onze ervaring met jullie allemaal delen.
