Most delicious taste! I keep trying different brands, especially new crafts brands, but I always go back to good old Ben & Jerry’s. They have clean ingredients as well. It’s my 4 PM go to snack at least three times a week and I am still skinny haha! My only Guilty pleasure!

This was utterly disgusting, I was left unsatisfied from start to finish. I wanted a warm snack, not this frozen baloney. Next time, stick to the warm savoury good stuff.

Chocolate fudge brownie is my favorite icecream from ben and jerry its delicious, mmmm😀😋

Recently purchased coffee Toffee Bar Crunch. Will not buy again had large chunks of toffee and not a hint of coffee. Will stick with Cherry Garcia and Pistachio my two favorites. And the cost of a pint is crazy only buy when on sale

When I picked up a birthday cake I had pre-ordered, it was the wrong shape, it was supposed to be a heart shape, it was so small, the height was just under 4cm, I weighed the cake, it was l.3 kg, I could of brought 7 tubs of icecream to be equivalent for the price I paid, and the writing on top was atrocious. Never again, I felt ripped off. The store manager apologized, but it didn't help that I then spent 3 hours trying to buy another cake somewhere else on a Sunday!

Ice cream was pretty good but service was terrible. I don’t think it looked very clean as well.

I purchased the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream from Publix and while it has a great flavor there weren't any strawberries or even have a hint strawberry flavor. It was like eating vanilla ice cream with graham cracker crust. I am very disappointed and won't buy it again.

Ben and Jerrys is pushing woke propoganda to destroy america and tear apart our families. Causing women to become masculine and men to become feminine. Driving hate between different races, and superiority complexes between people that are different. Screw this company, oh, and i never liked the icecream. it sucks

The place smelt like vomit and then pee

This isn't ice cream, it's overpriced candy in cup. Almost every flavor is so sickeningly sweet that it is literally not edible. Do yourself a favor and find something else--anything else--you'll experience better tasting ice cream and not have to deal with their woke politics. I recommend Gifford's of Maine.

Had a Terrible caramel brownie with pieces of plastic in the container. Flavor was salty as sea water ... never buy that C again.

Since the new company changed the original formula the icream has been awfull its no longer a premium ice more like like a breyers or Friendly's it almost taste crystallized I've been a fan of this ice cream since early 90.s nit no Moore Tilinook is the Newbern and Jerry's creamy bold flavor just great and has n daz is number 2 too bad big co only think about the dollar and think they can fool the public and run on a good name but they'll see all my friends have noticed it so I know it's legimate their sales will begin to drop

So much better options out there. Not rich and creamy like ice cream should be.

I'm a fan of a few flavors. Chunky Monkey especially. Sad to say I'm done with corporations getting involved in this whole woke thing and won't support them any longer.

Dont like it. All options are with pieces of Dough. Why why do you assume its nice to chew those chunks? Feels like a clay in between. Baaah. Please start producing something else. Its boring. No chunks pleaseeee.

Stomach cramps and being sick from
the desert, I had the hot cookie dough desert where it should have been on the menu as cold cookie dough desert as it was served and the bowl it came in was as cold as the plate for the starter, it wasn’t warm at all the cookie dough and eating it you could taste the coldness, it felt like the kitchen staff just de-frosted it that day and left it out or just kept it in the fridge as got home and I had very severe stomach cramps for several hours until 4am and was being sick aswell with the cookie dough and feel like where the hot cookie dough was not warmed up and served cold, was the reason for the stomach cramps and being sick from the desert, not had a ben and jerrys before this visit for 13 years and now the restaurant low trustpilot rating makes sense now, this company has fallen a long way in 13 years, if I could have given 0.5 stars I would have, will never be back and serve your hot cookie dough hot please and not straight out the fridge/freezer or defrost.

I tried Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey for the first time. It's just so-so. It's not worth the expensive price. When I eat ice cream, it should be satisfying and a delight. Unfortunately, it was not. Sadly disappointed. Will never buy again.

Stagflation at B & J. Bend OR.
Purchased 1 scoop, 1 scoop, 1 pint and 2 scoops waffle cone. The cone scoops were so small I had to look from the top to even see the ice cream. From side view the cone was higher than the ice cream. You couldn’t see the scoops. I even commented to the staff asking for my second scoop. Stupid me for thinking it was a single scoop. They wanted to sell me a third scoop but I wouldn’t pay for it so I didn’t get it. $36+ with only a 10% tip. Had a cone and 2 scoops from another place a few days earlier and scoops were over the top. I realize it’s just a cone but my principles supersede. Never will visit another Ben & Jerry’s again.

Dear B$J , I've been a loyal mid level addict for about 8 years , didn’t get involved until I was 32 . Thought I’d never drop to a certain level you know or drop the ball unnoticed. A friend took me too you know one of those parlour places where a hot backpacker always works and free samples are given out to innocent youths free.
You have a controlled market or insanely ludicrously priced.
And now you have the tenacity raise the price lessen the density and decrease weight snd volume and keep us coming.. it was the joy from the pure that stop the devil himself eat y’all up

When I get the chocolate fudge brownie Ben and Jerry’s ice cream the brownie part is white and crumbly not tasting like anything this is happened to me like 5 times step up!
