Great service
Chris, in store was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed to be able to make a decision on the nest mattress for us.
Communication with Bensons was great after the purchase - they kept us informed of when the delivery would be and on the day we were able to track the van. As promised, we got a call from the driver letting us know that he was on the way with the mattress.

Great customer service
The staff greet you as soon as you walk in, which we find is rare these days. We have shopped at this store a few times now and we always walk out feeling happy with our purchases. The staff have always been fantastic helping with product choice and when going through payment options.

Helpful advice. Excellent king size bed and Benson's own brand pocket sprung mattress for a little more than £600 including delivery so I think that's good value for money. All gone to plan so far but the important bit remains - will delivery be on scheduled date?

I was able to look online at different mattresses. choose the firmness, very important to me ,pay for recycling of my old mattress.The mattress was delivered efficiently and put on my bed by two very cheerful ,pleasant and obliging men. even though I live on the first floor of an apartment block.It was in this world of indifferent service a good experience.
