We visited the store twice in two days. On Sunday my daughter purchased a Double & 2 Single Mattresses. We were so impressed with the comfort of her mattress we returned to the store today to order a King size mattress the same as my daughters Double
On both occasions the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and completed our sales in a timely fashion
We look forward to taking delivery of the new mattress

Having already looked at two retailers, we thought we'd only be checking out the Bensons beds then moving on to look at other places. However, it turned out that they had exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price. Their salesperson, a lovely young woman whose name I sadly forget, was so helpful. Left us to ourselves when that was what we wanted, and then couldn't have been more helpful when we needed advice. Can't wait for our new bed and mattress to arrive now!

Went in having missed a bank holiday deal and not expecting any sympathy but after speaking to the store manager, I was ecstatic with what he was able to offer. A great result, Super friendly service, and welcoming faces all around.

Great customer service from Oliver he was very helpful and listened to all our questions and answered them all as he was full of knowledge - he knew all about the great offers available too and he definitely made us feel at ease in the shop - he was very good with our grandson too - maz was also a very nice helpful man who assisted with our purchase

I recently called bensons for beds to enquire about a bed I was interested in, I spoke to Maz who was so helpful, he listened to all my questions and answered them all. I then went into the store with my family to see the beds as I was looking at 2, Maz was a great help and took his time to insure we had all the information we needed. Thanks Maz, will be returning in future.

The sleep in the first week was unbelievable! Went to bed at 22:30 and got up before 6 well rested and full of energy. Thanks so much for my Tempur Mattress.

The sales person took time to try out various types of mattress and pillows that are comfortable to my liking. Although her explanations sometimes becomes difficult to understand, she didn't mind repeating to ensure I understood.
Overall, I liked her attitude and the experience I received from her and the manager.
