Our initial experience was superb
Our initial experience was superb. The help we received in choosing the right mattress was excellent. There was no hard sell which we appreciated. We were left to our own devices in choosing the right bed frame and headboard. A date was set for delivery and so was the address it was to be delivered to. Unfortunately then thing went awry slightly. I received two emails one changing the delivery date and the second the address in which the bed was to be delivered. Several people at Benson for beds were spoken to all of which said they would ring us back. However they didn’t. We had no idea what to do. Eventually we spoke to someone who appeared to know what had happened and accepted responsibility for the error. After a week of to-ing and fro-ing it was finally sorted. The delivery went almost smoothly the poor guys that they were delivering to a shop so not looking for our property but they were outstanding. The bed itself is amazing and so much better than the old one. All in all thank you Benson for Beds for all the help and the smooth delivery.

The after sales service was brilliant. We were kept informed throughout. We were informed well in advance when the delivery was going to be and within a 2 hour period. We were rung the day before and on the day itself. Faultless.
