There was no rush for me to make a purchase. John, at the Crewe branch, came over to me, said hello,& introduced himself & asked how he could help. I told hm i was looking for a new mattress. He took me over to the “mattress” assessor? It then gave him the correct mattress for me. He then showed me the slumber mattress range. The machine suggested i needed a med/firm to firm mattress. John explained what the mattress compiled of & where the best support was for me as a side sleeper. He then gave me two different pillows to try as well! He then left me to keep trying the two mattresses until i was sure which one i wanted to buy. John was very polite, informative & easy to talk to. I decided on the A6 slumberland mattress + a pillow. I also took advantage of the removal & recycling of my old mattress.
All in all, very happy with my purchase &the service i received.

Best bed we’ve ever owned
Absolutely the best bed and mattress we’ve ever had! The manager was very helpful while we were browsing in the store, and gave us a lot of information about the various beds and mattresses. We chose the service whereby they put the bed together which was well worth it. Delivery was exactly on time too. Very happy customers.

We wanted a specific mattress that was only online so we visited the Crewe showroom and spoke to a very helpful assistant who showed us the nearest mattress to the one we wanted to purchase. Came home ordered online and it was with us 5 days later.

Excellent service from start to finish
From the sales advisor who was knowledgeable and not pushy to the updates and emails, the ability to easily change my delivery date and then finally the delivery and set up everything was absolutely excellent. The bed is wonderful!!

Excellent customer service
Chris and Gav, my delivery drivers were the best, they were professional and friendly. I was impressed that they had shoe covers with them and cared about not leaving a mess in my home, They went above and beyond and even moved another huge queen size mattress downstairs for me as they were concerned that I was going to do this on my own and it was very heavy. They really represented your company well and demonstrated a sense of community and care for their customers.
I have has a lot of deliveries over the last few weeks due to having so much work done on the house but your team really did stand out!

John in the store is such a nice man
John in the store is such a nice man - he’s polite, respectful and knowledgeable which is just what we needed with buying a new bed. We went to other bed stores locally and his manner was by far the best.

Excellent service
Everything was excellent from start to Finnish in show room staff very helpful and made things easy to get what we wanted thanks to Jonathan , did the order and came on time had all info sent by email aswel the fitters were brilliant they contacted me days before and on the day when they would arrive very clean and tidy and fitted new bed in place as we wanted and went through all the processes and maintain very happy with Chris and Adam they did a excellent job highly recommended.
