I have always used B4B whenever I need to buy a bed or a new mattress because their service and quality of products is always of a high standard.

The staff in the store are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the right bed/mattress.
From buying a new mattress to the delivery it has been a positive experience. They keep you up to date with a progress SMS or by email then on the day of delivery I received a call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival plus a SMS. So I knew exactly what time to expect them.

Great experience overall and with the Enflield branch in particular. Mark was amazing and helped us understand all the details, materials, options, finance etc., as we were coming completely new to mattresses.

The salesman at the store was great he showed me a few different mattresses and he helped me to make the right decision. The delivery guys were great they explained everything to me about turning my mattress every two weeks. I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds to everyone.

The beds X4 were so carefully packaged with no damage at all. The Mattress is as expected. Very good product. My children and I assembled them by ourselves - instruction is fairly straightforward to use.

Andy and James were both fantastic! Very punctual and despite the hot weather got our bed set up in speedy time! Probably one of the nicest delivery team we've ever had!

Sales rep was knowledgeable. He left us alone to try as many beds as required. but was on hand to answer questions.

Rashid and Mark were so welcoming and delivered excellent customer service patiently supporting me right from my initial telephone enquiry to visiting the Enfield store with my husband. We found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and having recently lost my mum, they made my job looking for a bed and mattress for my dad's spare room so much smoother, which I was very grateful for. I would highly recommend this shop, as in my experience, their quality and service received outweighed the competition next door!
