Good shocked shop, fully equipped with what is necessary for a good bed. Staff, special Anne, knowledgeable and friendly.

Bensons have become a quality outfit in recent times. Richard at Harrogate provides excellent customer service and great advice. Delivery was seamless, clearly communicated and nice delivery guys.

Fantastic service from Richard. We came in with a limited budget. He took the time to find us a bed to suit our needs and budget. The service given was seamless and courteous. He explained all the options available.

We had dealt with Ann at Bensons Harrogate a few years ago, and the service we had was excellent! We felt it was easy to make the decision on the bed and mattress we wanted. We would reccomend Bensons as a shop.

Good service, good communication around delivery, very flexible ( i had to postpone my delivery after it has been scheduled and this was done without a fuss). Delivery guys were friendly efficient and fast !

Richard, the salesman at the Harrogate branch, was so helpful. He showed us different beds and mattresses. We got a delivery date arranged whilst we were buying. The delivery men were quick and efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend Benson's for Beds based on our experience.

Overall good experience and solid customer service and delivery. No complaints. We chose the mattress we wanted, but if anything could be done better, it would be helping by sharing experiences from other customers when asked instead of making me Google it. That would make it 5*.

Good and helpful advice, I was made aware of benefits of the choices I made, no pressure to purchase, I was offered and able to take advantage of current discounts and benefits. Communication re my order was excellent and in timely manner. When my originally scheduled delivery date proved to be inconvenient I was able to re-book without a problem and I was advised that same day of the re-scheduled delivery date. In-store staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

From finding the right bed to having it delivered went without a hitch. The in shop experience using the simulator was enlighting and put is in the right direction for choice of bed.

Ann the sales lady was excellent and spent time with me to ensure I picked the best mattress for my lower back problems.

Smooth, excellent service from the store to the door! Knowledgeable staff in store no pushy sales techniques and was genuinely interested in getting the right mattress for me.
The delivery team arrived when they said they would were polite and quick.

Bought a new mattress from Bensons beds as ours was making our backs ache. The guy in the shop was friendly, (Richard?) knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t too pushy, which we liked. After trying quite a few beds in the shop, he recommended a couple of them and said we were welcome to go home and have a think about it, which we did. Phoned the following day and bought over the phone. It was delivered a few weeks later, nice and early in the day and we are now having a much better nights sleep. Excellent service. A great company

The delivery was perfect the driver rang me when he was half an hour away and they were here within that time and the two lads that came were bright and cheerfully so it all went to plan so could not fault it at all
