Kettering store and staff are a bunch of lazy people who are more interested in browsing on their phones than they are helping customers
I went out looking for a new TV bed and mattress, went into our local Benson's for beds to check out what was available, the staff in store didn't even bother to acknowledge or even say hello, one member of staff actually decided to hover behind us but still not even a hello or a welcome while the other two staff members stayed sat down on their phones.
We decided to leave the store and go to dreams instead where we were greeted and well looked after and we ordered there instead.
Benson's Kettering store lost out on a £3800 order because of laziness.
It doesn't surprise me that their store was empty where as dreams was full of customers.
