Flawless from start to finish
Whole process from start to finish was flawless. In the shop Stephen was patient, knowledgeable, had an very amazing mattress device that helped assess what type of mattress we needed. Found the perfect igel mattress that has been like sleeping of clouds since we've had it. We've used benson for 3 beds so far. Delivery came on the day it projected from the start. The time slot was accurate, we had a phone call 30 minutes before. The crew assembled the bed. They were a very polite and comical duo. Super king full size headboard went up the stairs with no issues, along with the other parts. Assembled very well. Took away the packaging, care instructions were well explained. Can't fault any part of the process. I've never slept better in my life. My back is healing and the matress has helped us both settle before bed with no arguing. What a fabulous bed, its an instant calming device.

Went to the Luton store two weeks ago…
Went to the Luton store two weeks ago and looked at a sofa bed that Hassan helped with showing me what it was like and others.
He also offered to take off delivery.
I came back 2 weeks later and bought the bed and he honoured what he said and took off the delivery. Thank you Hassan. Very polite and helpful person
