My experience with Bensons for Beds was fantastic. From walking into the store to receiving my new mattress, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Alex & (@ Nottingham store) team were friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. The mattress is very comfortable and has significantly improved my quality of sleep. I would happily recommend Bensons for Beds to friends and family.

All aspects of the process very positive!
The experience with this company was very positive. The in-store assistance in choosing the mattress was helpful and quite comprehensive. Communication regarding delivery and the removal of the old mattress was very clear and timely. On the day of delivery, the staff were very polite and efficient. All in all, the entire process was excellent. The mattress itself is superb, exactly what we were looking for: comfortable, well-finished, and of very high quality.

We ordered a super king bed from the excellent sales assistant Alex
We ordered a super king bed from the excellent sales assistant Alex. On delivery, we had issues with one of the divan units - fixing holes at both ends, instead of one end, for fixing the headboard. The black headboard material, which covers fixings at the back, was torn.
We also had an issue with the mattress, as it is super king, we couldn't get it up the stairs to the bedroom.
All issues were resolved by the excellent sales assistant Alex, who arranged for a complete replacement bed and supplied a two-part zip mattress.
We are now very pleased with the quality, comfort and aesthetic of the bed and would recommend Benson as a premier supplier of beds.

Overall okayies but my order delayed few weeks
I buy mattress and bed frame from bensons. I like the mattress. I have little issue with the quality of bed. It was delivered me almost a month late then initially agreed date which I am hoping some compensation but not sure yet. Delivery experience was nice , they put my bed / mattress in the room of my choice.
