From the moment we went into Bensons for Beds, all went well. The salesman at the shop was very helfpul, not pushy and took his time with us. We got emails and texts updating us on the progress of our mattress. We got a text giving us a timeframe for the delivery. The delivery driver,Gary and his young assistant, were very respectful and helpful. We were pleased with the whole experience of ordering, receiving updates, and finally having the mattress delivered. Thank you to everyone at Bensons for Beds.

I was contacted in good time regarding the delivery which was made within the timescale indicated, and the driver contacted me some 30 minutes before arrival - twice, as the first time the message didn’t get through owing to a poor signal.
The bed was assembled with minimum fuss.

This is our third bed from Bensons. Once again the service at the store was just right, informative and friendly. The bed and mattress were delivered on time and the delivery team took care in the installation plus removed our old bed and all wrapping. Great job.

Very good experience. The man at Bensons was very helpful and managed to order me a king sized mattress the same mattress I bought as a double a few years ago.

I found the Divan Set I wanted on the Benson's website and visited the Orpington store to check it out and hopefully make the purchase. The Sales person and manager were very helpful and we soon agreed a final price and concluded the deal. The delivery crew kept in touch right up to delivery. The 2 delivery guys were very polite and efficient. My bedroom is in the upstairs of a converted Bungalow, with some tight corners, they managed the King sized mattress with ease!
