We received email updates throughout the whole process. The delivery guys assembled everything quickly and removed all the old items and packaging. Excellent service.

Staff in the shop were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were kept updated on the progress of our order and received a timeslot of delivery a few nights before it arrived. On the morning of delivery, I received a call to inform me the driver was on his way. The delivery driver was friendly and professional and took my delivery to the room I requested it to delivered to.
