Good all round service from the actual buying to the final delivery & assembly very pleased with the service - even though the delivery date was changed by Bensons at the last minute which meant that we had to also change other appointments which was rather inconvenient.

Great Service at Portsmouth Store
After a disappointing experience with another major mattress retailer, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Bensons for Beds.
Ryan at the Portsmouth branch took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and provided expert advice without any pressure. He carefully explained the different options available and helped us find a mattress that perfectly suited both our requirements and budget. We came away with a mattress we probably wouldn't have considered ourselves, but after trying it, it felt incredibly comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for.
The whole experience was professional, friendly, and customer-focused from start to finish. We would highly recommend Bensons for Beds Portsmouth to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent service.

When we purchased the bed, head board and mattress at the Portsmouth store I wrote a review and was so pleased with the sales person Darren , his attitude, manner and professionalism it was faultless, I finished the review by saying I hope the delivery and set up goes as good as the store, Well I am very pleased to say it was faultless, Carl the delivery man phoned just like they said it would happen half a hour before they would arrive , again very professional, polite.i can’t sing the praises of Bensons enough, they were fantastic from sales to delivery.
