When we went to look at beds, we were surprised how easy it was to find what we were looking for, how simple and quick it was to order what we were looking for and the assistance from the store person was great.

My partner and I went to hedge end store to have a look and test some mattresses, we received help from a sales assistant named Azura. She was able to advise us and get a good price with their offers/sale and additional blue light! Waiting on delivery which is next week. Very happy so far and excited.

Bensons has a good range of mattresses…
Bensons has a good range of mattresses and we visited four local shops before Bensons. Looking for a hybrid mattress that can cope with the heat , we found several models. Nathan in the Hedge end store was very helpful in explaining the differences that helped us make our decision. He was not pushy and allowed us time to roam around and try them. He got us a good deal with some pillows that we wanted. Bed was delivered two weeks later and the delivery men were very polite and careful not to damage anything while transporting it upstairs. The mattress is higher than what we were used to but feels comfy. Only thing that’s to be seen is whether the mattress lasts a few years. Bought theKaymed item 5000 mattress .

I like the service delivery which was great. The delivery guys were really polite and prompt. Even the communication of the sales guy was excellent.
However the mattress is not something we expected. Too firm for our backs causing us back ache every now and then.

The mattress is great, but delivery was shocking
The mattress is great, but the delivery was shocking. Delivery guys were supposed to take the mattress to the room, but told us they couldn’t get it up the stairs, blamed everything on the shop assistants and left myself and my daughter to struggle and get the mattress up to the bedroom.
