The staff were excellent, exactly what my partner and I wanted. They were very knowledgeable about current discounts, details of clearance items, delivery options etc. All without being overly pushy. We mainly spoke to Jake and he was very aware and attentive to our needs, we had already made a decision on what bed frame and mattress we wanted so he focused his attention on explaining delivery and financing options to us which was very helpful.

Jake helped us with out mattress/bed frame shops we've been to many other shops in person and looked online. His customer service was excellent and helped us save some money too! Their own brand mattress was exactly what we were looking for and affordable considering we've tried other more expensive options but didn't match the quality. So thankful for Jake and Sophie who helped us on our visit before this one.

The staff at the Stevenage branch, particularly Sophie, were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful; she let me try out various mattresses. There was no pressure, and they let me take my time.

The first mattress that I purchased I found to be not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I also have a medical condition, and the new mattress did not work for me, so I went back to the store, and Sophie helped me to choose a different mattress and she was happy to exchange the matter for me without any penalties I am a pensioner and I felt very comfortable and confident dealing with Benson for bed Stevenage branch

All Staff were good and acknowledged us making us feel welcome. Paul guided us through our mattress choices and was extremely professional and also a very nice person to deal with, no hard sale just a really understanding nature and warming manner. We'd definitely return in the future to Paul and the team at Stevenage.

The in-store service was excellent. The manager Paul took time to go through the different mattresses and gave us time to choose without pressure. Staff were friendly. Thanks for the free bed protector and kit. On the day of delivery 29th July 2026 Charles and Chichi called to let us know that they were on the way and arrived on time and within the window that was given. We would recommend Benson Beds at Stevenage to family and friends. Thank you for the service.

Wow what a breath of fresh air, Benson for beds at stevenage is, We were so impressed with the customer service we received,from Connor, from start to finish there was no pressure just a relax environment and Connor answer every question we had.
To be honest we was going to check out all the other bed companies in the area, but did not bother as the service was so good.

Around six weeks before delivery , found a visit to our local Besons to be really helpful, with an unrushed consultation. You don't buy a bed that often and so taking time chosing is time well spent, The delivery team were very professional.

The delivery was on time and the staff was very efficient.
Unfortunately they didn't put the base together, and as I live alone I had to get my children to come and do it. Apparently I hadn't paid for the service but I wasn't offered it when I ordered the bad.

Excellent customer service when purchased in store, Amazing wardrobe…quality better than expected…delivery and installation superb highly recommended for a standalone wardrobe vs a built in!

Delivery team would not take my mattress upstairs unless I signed a waiver invalidating my warranty.

Very poor lazy delivery guys looking to get away quickly. I ended up signing the waiver to get the mattress upstairs......the mattress is great hopefully nothing goes wrong

Excellent Sarah at Stevenage Store. All communication before delivery. Excellent delivery men setting up bed, removing old bed. Explainations to every question. And a lovely comfortable bed!

Despite having ordered my bed and headboard on 1 May, when the bed was delivered on 26 June, there was no headboard. I have to wait a further 4 weeks for the headboard ☹️

However, Andy and Steve who delivered the bed in 35 degrees heat did a fantastic job and they deserve 10 stars!

I was served by a very helpful young man called Connor at your Stevenage- Roaring Meg branch. I only went in the shop to research a Kingsize Ottoman bed frame. I found the Kingsize and also purchased a double Ottoman bed and extra firm mattress. He explained and assisted in helping me decide the best option and there was no pressure to buy. Thank you again Connor, I look forward to my delivery next week.
