We had a really good sleep in our new Extra Firm Mattress.
We(me and my wife) were pleasantly impressed by the service of the first lady, Bethan. It was outstanding!!! I came back to the store the very next day by myself and I wasn't so impressed by another lady.
Anyway, we definitely recommend it

Wish we'd gone to Bensons for beds first instead of wasting our time at other bed suppliers. The sales girl was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to browse around the shop before approaching us. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions as to what bed would be more suitable for us . No nonesense or hard sell just a genuine interest regarding our needs. She made sure that we got several discounts plus she went the extra mile when the wife mentioned she was a retired health worker in which the assistant arranged for us to have an extra discount with a Blue light health card. This was at the Fforestfach outlet near Swansea. Have to say Bensons are very fortunate to have such a great sales girl as their employee. Wish I could recall her name?

Pushy sales lady in the Swansea store. Jumped on us as soon as we arrived, when we said we were “just looking at the moment” she continued to follow us around trying to engage us in conversation, we felt very uncomfortable so we just walked out. Won’t be buying anything from them for sure. Way too pushy.

Rang the store to check they had the products we wanted. Spoke with Bethan - who confirmed we had previously shopped with Bensons for beds in Shrewsbury - confirming the products & sizes we had before. She assured us the Swansea store had them in stock & she would reserve them with our name on for collection on Saturday. Bethan was bubbly efficient very customer focused. We visited the store on Saturday to collect & pay for our reserved item . On meeting Bethan she was everything a customer service adviser should be-it was all about us the customer & our products. She excellent & I would highly recommend the Swansea store - 1st class service Bethan & a great customer experience - Thank you

Patient staff who took the time to explain options. It was easy to change the delivery dates when the flooring was delayed. Delivery was very smooth with updates on time of delivery and the delivery men were good with putting the beds together on a very hot day.
