In Store Experience
In Store Experience
We were warmly greeted by Tracy who gave us her full attention and the benefit of her considerable knowledge and experience the whole time we were there. We were looking for a replacement mattress and new pillows.
We were not rushed or pressured in any way and left to make our choices being able to revisit mattresses/pillows to try out as often as we wished.
Tracy was the key to our positive shopping experience and she deserves a rise!

We were left to look at the mattresses without pressure. When I went back some days later to order the sales assistant remembered the mattresses we looked at.
