I have got loads of their jumpers which are great and tend to be the ones I pick off the shelf first, and they last well. There have been occasional delivery hiccups which were frustrating, but worth dealing with as the products are good. Overall definitely recommend. sizing seems to be pretty normal too btw.
I own several of Berk’s 8 ply cashmere sweaters. I liked the quality. The shipments were always timely and well packaged. My recent experience with the shop was not as smooth. I ordered a 1/4 zip but was sent a full zip. I had a bit of trouble getting things sorted initially. After a few emails, Karin from Berk Cashmere reached out and was helpful getting everything resolved. I am enjoying the beautiful 1/4 zip cashmere sweater. It is now my new favorite.
I ordered a cardigan. It is top notch quality and totally worth the money. Their service was very helpful, especially as I don't live in the UK and Berk took care of the taxes and duties and covered any return (but return was not necessary). Absolutely an excellent experience
