Good Delivery and Customer Service

Over the last few years, I've bought a number of cotton string vests from from Fogey and have been very happy with the service. When Fogey fulfil customer orders for string vests, it seems that they don't supply any particular brand, they supply what they have in stock. In my latest order, I wasn't happy with the brand supplied. In response, Graham happily agreed to exchange them for the brand that he supplied last time. My preferred brand of string vests duly arrived (at no extra cost to myself), and I'm once again a happy customer.

Very disappointed in my recent…

Very disappointed in my recent purchase (silver metal armbands/sleeve Garters l only opend the box today to find they were Tarnished only received them a few days a go order was placed 26/12/25 has delivery was £4.50 discussed to have found this would not recommend this site or product not fit for purpose even tho they would not be seen you don’t expect that not cheep £17.93 with post 🙂

Carelessness or malice?

I really like Graham's stock and have been purchasing vintage style menswear for years. I ordered a brand new collar and received it with a brown stain. Graham promptly shipped a free replacement with my 2nd order (which I was going to place anyways) and gave free shipping as well. Unfortunately, the replacement was the incorrect collar. When I reached out to Graham, he wanted me to send the collar back to him in return for the correct collar. I told him if he'd pay for me to ship it to him, I'd do that. Crickets since then. I've noticed other reviewers having the same thing happen to them. Like others, I've spent over $100 and still haven't received the actual item I ordered - he wants me to pay another $50+ on shipping and import fees to finally send me my item. He's messed up twice in a row and now wants me to pay for him to make it right on the 3rd go; hard to say whether it's carelessness or malice. He lost out on a long term repeat customer over what, $50? Who does that? Maybe if I see him at the next Chap Olympiad I can get my collar from him..

terrible customer service, don't answer phone calls or reply to emails properly

bad communication, poor customer service. Even though they sent me the wrong item they expected me to pay for the return. After making a big fuss they reluctantly sent me a pre-paid return label, which was not valid for returning online shopping; they then sent me a second label which also was not valid and was not accepted by the post office. By this time I was very annoyed and just paid for the postage. I contacted the company and asked for a refund for the cost of the postage. They refused. After 5 days I had to chase them up to see if they had received the package. There was no apology, no consideration or care, therefore, I would not recommend.

Item turned up after event - hopeless!

Ordered a stiff colour on 18 Apr for event on 27 Apr. Had email on 25th saying it was now being processed. Rang left message - no one returned my call. Did not arrive until 29th Apr so totally useless. Would not recommend

Correct item, wrong colour. No response to communication.

They sent the wrong colour. Three attempts were made to amend the problem but they haven’t responded. The item they did send was the correct product, but the wrong colour. They get two stars because the quality was as expected despite the error. I dislike businesses with bad customer service. So shop at your own risk. I’m still unsure if they are a scam business or just have poor customer service.
