Excellent service from start to finish.
I love my new bed and had a great first nights sleep on the new Ice Cloud mattress. The package I purchased was great value.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful

Exceptional Customer Service

Never use anyone else when it comes to beds. Extremely competitive with price, quality and exceptional customer service. Easy process when ordering either online or in person, the lads that deliver are 1st class and exceed expectations.

Also they removed our old bed and put together the new bad and headboard

The only problem is that they never fitted the bed or took away the rubbish!Thats why I give 1 Star!

Great local business

We recently bought a mattress and ottoman bed from Berrys. The customer service was excellent and the prices were very competitive. Delivery was prompt and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend.

Let down by delivery

This would be 5 stars for the office experience. Let down by the delivery. As the bed was going to my 90 yr old grandma I needed to be there when bed delivered. After changing the delivery time twice, the office confirmed they would change back to time when I could be there. However...
Delivery came 3 hrs early leaving the bed in its full wrapping leaning up against the bedroom wall. Did not ask if she wold like some help getting bed out of packing and putting it on the bed. She was naturally confused and upset as any changes are confusing to her, thinking she had done something wrong.

Great service from a local company

Great service from a local company, explained and demonstrated the differences in mattresses, no sales pressure, delivered as promised (we had to change the date ) but they were very accommodating- collected the old bed as planned and delivered the new bed - 100% happy from start to finish and a great product with excellent customer service ..

Worst after service ever recieved

Worst after service ever recieved! The owner as he said he was came to my home after buying 4 doubles and a king from them, basically called my wife a liar and was rude and very forward.

They were meant to come and resolve a problem with both the bases and mattresses on some of the beds, what I got was delayed responses. I was kept being told they will come today or that is strange they were meant to come. Then when they finally came after a month, my wife asked if they could wait 10 minutes for me to come home she gets told no they are busy and won't wait. After making her lift the mattresses off the bed and lifting the bases while he stood there, he just ripped the black lining off the base and decided he was done talking about the issues.

After the so called owner left rudely and said he would return to fix the problem one month down the line and have still not had the problem resolved.

To say that should that have been the owner I am rather disgusted that he treats customers with such disrespect and rudeness.

I would not recommend anyone to even consider using them ever.

The invoice was never given formally, the invoice was just a piece of paper with 5 beds written on it and the sizes and a price. We purchased the beds in April 2021
