Wonderful visit once again to Berry’s Jewellers in Nottingham, served by Carla who as ever, made it a special experience as we were purchasing a gift for me for our wedding anniversary. Carla is always knowledgeable and attentive. Buying jewellery or a high end watch should always be a special occasion which Carla ensured it was. We will be back again very soon for a watch for my husband, just need to decide which one! A beautiful jewellers with fantastic staff, especially Carla.

This is an addition to the earlier review that I wrote on 2nd Feb 2026. I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 38, online, from Berry's Jewellers in Windsor. I received the watch via Special delivery the next day. It was a lovely watch but my eyesight is not as good as it once was! and I found the date window quite difficult to read. I had a friend that had recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 39.5mm in Summer Blue and I found the date window on this watch much easier to read.
I therefore contacted Kirsty, the Assistant Manager of Berry's, and requested a return and swap to a new Planet Ocean. I felt awful having to do this, especially as Kirsty had been so very helpful and courteous with my original purchase. I couldn't have been made to feel more at ease and was re-assured that it was no trouble at all to swap to another watch that I would ultimately be happy with!
The whole process of returning the original watch and receiving the replacement was seamless and very efficient and I was kept informed of progress throughout.
My heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to Kirsty(Deputy Manager)and Chris(Manager) for the professional and courteous service that I received throughout my purchase of a new watch. It is so refreshing to know that family run businesses, that provide the fantastic customer service (from times gone by) still exist. Long may they continue!

Great customer service from Lee at the Newcastle branch, helped source the exact watch I wanted from their York Tudor store. Happy to take a watch in part exchange, unlike some other Retailers.

We recently visited the Breitling Boutique in Leeds and had an excellent experience. From the moment we walked in, every member of staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the Breitling brand and their watches. There was no pressure to purchase one of their watches at all - just real enthusiasm and a desire to help me. A special thank you to the store manager, Louise, who was amazing throughout - professional, warm and incredibly knowledgeable.

What has truly stood out for us is the aftercare and ongoing support. Louise and the team have been exceptional in helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. The continued care and attention really sets this boutique apart. In addition to this, we were recently invited to their Valentine's celebration event, which was a thoughtful gesture and demonstrated how much they value their customers.

An outstanding boutique with an equally outstanding team. We would highly recommend visiting them.

Had a wonderful experience at Berrys Jewelers in lovely York. My sales assistant Bo was absolutely excellent, very knowledgeable and very helpful. All the other staff including the store manager was great to.
We spent a good hour talking watches, jewellery and drinking champagne.

Our overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend if you're after a JLC timepiece or some nice jewellery.

Received excellent first class service from Berry's Jewellers at Commercial Road, Leeds over the last 2 days. Troy delivered excellent service in the store and was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the Tudor range of watches I was enquiring about. I eventually purchased a new Tudor watch which is first class. Would highly recommend using Berry's in Leeds.

We arrived at the Berry's Tudor Authorsed Dealer for our appointment to view some watches. We were met with a warm welcome from the team and offered us a fizzy drink (it was Friday lunchtime) while we viewed and considered several watches for me and my wife. The team were patient and expertly answered technical questions, adjusted links for our chosen watches, and made our overall AD watch buying experience very memorable.

I recently purchased a Tudor watch to celebrate my 30th birthday, and the experience at Berrys was exceptional from start to finish. I was served by Runa, who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose the perfect watch for such a special milestone. The collection at Berrys is excellent, and the service made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend Berrys to everyone and will definitely be returning for future watch purchases.
