The staff in the Omega department were excellent. Rod Young, the Boutique Manager, was extremely professional and knowledgable. He explained all of the features of a number of models before I chose the one I purchased.

Great help from Danielle. Found me the correct watch & accessories. Patient & not pushy.

We received fantastic service yesterday from Kirsty in the Leeds store. Thank you for helping me secure the watch I wanted, and for all your advice and insight. This is the second purchase we have made with Berry’s Leeds and have received excellent service each time, from Danielle and Kirsty.

Emma was fantastic, listened to what we asked for, gave lots of options, applied no pressure and just gave fantastic advice.

Was also very available for follow up questions, quick to respond to messages and just generally incredibly helpful throughout.

I did try other jewellers but none were as helpful as Emma, I would highly recommend!

I was assisted by Rod, who was knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. He had arranged for the watch I was interested in the be delivered the next day for me to view. At no point was I put under any pressure to purchase, quite the opposite. I was contacted by Rod, who confirmed the watch was available for me to view. Again, when I came to view and try the watch was not pressured to buy. Rod’s customer service was excellent. Please pass on my thanks to him.

The customer service provided by Emma has been outstanding. My 2nd visit as I initially visited the Commercial Street branch for some insurance advice for my beloved Tag. I didn’t realise they provide an in house service for watch batteries and sealing which means no risk of them going missing in the post! So Berry’s will definitely be getting my business in the future and a huge thank you to Emma.

After receiving the email from Omega informing me the watch I was interested in had been released. I contacted Rod at the Leeds Commercial Street Boutique who replied really quickly advising me they did have one at the boutique, after a couple of emails and a visit to the boutique I had the watch on my wrist. Rod was a total gentleman and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Berry`s. We had booked an appointment with Peter, who greeted us by name and welcomed us into a private, relaxed setting that instantly made the occasion feel special. His knowledge of Tudor watches was exceptional, and he guided us through every option with a no-pressure, genuinely helpful approach. He encouraged me to try on several models to make sure I found exactly what I wanted.

We were also brilliantly looked after by the rest of the team. Emma provided champagne and added thoughtful advice throughout the appointment, helping create a truly luxurious atmosphere. Troy assisted with the strap sizing and fitting, ensuring the watch sat perfectly and felt just right.

With their combined help, I chose the Tudor Pelagos Ultra, and the entire experience was nothing short of first class. From the warm welcome to the expert guidance and attention to detail, we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Visited today after making an appointment with Danielle at the Leeds Omega Boutique. Greeted with a warm welcome, excellent customer service, good knowledge and I’m very happy with my new watch.

Right from the moment you walk into their stores you feel comfortable. It makes a change to be welcomed with a friendly face and then listened to. Nothing was to much trouble. You didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I came out happy as I felt I’d bought something rather than being sold something. A big thank you to Simon in the jewellery shop on Albion street and Danielle in the Omega boutique on commercial street.

Great experience dealing with Emma and other staff at the store. She made us very welcome and valued with her friendly and knowledgeable manner on both our visits. She ordered the watch I wanted and kept me updated. When buying the watch it was a really relaxed pleasurable experience, just what you want when buying an expensive item. She’s a great asset tothe business.
