**Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing experience at Bershka Lagos**

I am still shocked by what happened to me at Bershka in Lagos on 27 July at approximately 2:00 PM. What should have been a completely normal shopping experience turned into an extremely uncomfortable and distressing violation of my privacy.

While I was using the fitting rooms, a man opened/looked into my fitting room without warning. I immediately confronted him and asked what he was doing. He told me that he thought it was his fitting room. Although this was already extremely uncomfortable, I was fortunately dressed at the time.

What happened next was far worse.

A second time, while I was changing and almost completely undressed — wearing only my underwear — a man looked into my fitting room and then walked away. I was left standing there exposed and unable to immediately follow him or confront him because I had no clothes on.

I immediately got dressed and informed the Bershka employees responsible for the fitting-room area that a man had just entered/looked into my fitting room while I was undressed. Their response was essentially that this was obviously not good and that they would keep an eye on the area.

That response is simply not sufficient.

I was in fitting room number 2, very close to the employees who were apparently monitoring who entered and left the fitting-room area. I genuinely cannot understand how this was able to happen — not once, but twice.

I initially left the store, but the experience was so disturbing that I returned specifically to speak to a manager and explain exactly what had happened. I spoke with the manager, Jessica, who was kind and listened to me. I appreciate her manner in dealing with the situation, but that does not change how completely unacceptable the incident itself was.

Customers should be able to change clothes in a fitting room without fearing that someone will suddenly look inside while they are undressed. Privacy in a fitting room is not an optional extra. It is one of the most basic things a customer should be able to expect from a major international retailer.

I left Bershka feeling exposed, extremely uncomfortable and genuinely shocked. The fact that this happened in a fitting room so close to staff who were supposedly supervising the area makes it even more concerning.

Bershka needs to seriously review how the fitting rooms at this store are monitored and how customers' privacy is protected. No customer should ever have to experience what I experienced today.

This was an appalling experience and completely unacceptable.

it almost took a month to get my order in hand

Price tags arrive at a lower price than what it is online. Misleading in prices.

Very bad service I haven’t received my parcel I don’t know where they delivered and taking ages to investigate

Process was smooth, I wish the clothing would say what material they were made of. But I understand if that’s not possible. For the rest I love the clothing

Its the second time this month that I buy Jeans size 36 and receiving Jeans size 34
I don't live in the centre and need to go to the shop to return the parcel
and ending without the one I want because it is not available un the store
very frustrating!

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition

the delivery time was precise and quick and the items arrived in perfect condition, just like they are at the store. big variety and restocks quickly

My jacket zipper doesn't open. Its is frozen. I have tried everything and i still cant open it.i am really dissappointed🥲

The clothing is very nice, the sizes are not all that accurate and the sizes are all the same eventhough it's an other type of clothing or model so not that accurate, and hard to see what size would fit best. And when wanting to receive an email when available, i got a few mails eventhough it wasn't available.

I thought this company was good so I ordered it all seemed well got a email first time it was in transit so I was thinking that’s good. It said the order was meant to arrive on the 15-16th July it didn’t come so I left it a few days thinking I will give them the benefit of the doubt and it was just a few days late now and how I was so wrong thinking they were a good company anyways I waited till the 20th of July I had sent them emails before this and no replies by the way but anyways i called them on the 20th July and this lady said she would sort it out as soon as possible nothing happened so I called on the 22nd July this guy answered we explained the issue and the guy tried lying to others about it saying it was bc there was a sale and it had said it would arrive a few days late when we ordered and it didn’t had nothing about it no email or when I ordered it didn’t say anything so we asked the guy if he knew where the order is as they can track the order to exactly where it was the guy then said he didn’t know where it was and neither did royal mail and on Royal Mail website if the order stays in the same place for 48 hours to message them however they did not and just left it and the guy said we couldn’t have his full name as he wasn’t allowed and was only allowed to tell us his first name and the first letter of his last name his name was Anthony t it was like they were reading of a script aswell as they were saying the same thing over and over again they knew nothing about what happened to it which proves how bad of a company they are as Royal Mail has 24 hour tracking aswell so for them to not know where it is says something and he also told us he would forward us to a supervisor as they didn’t have a manager there and then he did not even do that and we didn’t receive one call back and we even said to them could we just have a refund as we couldn’t be borthered with all the hassle and then he said he wouldn’t be able to till the 24th July and then they still didn’t so we called our bank to get the money back as they wouldn’t do anything also not to mention but the parcel stayed at Sheffield mc since the 14th of July which was before my parcel was meant to come meaning it should of been on time this most likely means it has been stolen which is not very good and the fact they didn’t do anything is very unprofessional and brings there company down. I would never order from them ever again as this experience is shocking and I have never had an experience like that with any company!

The quality of my item is very good, it’s true to size and it arrived quickly.

I got my order, but it was delivered to a different house even though I put my address for the driver to drop off my order at my door. I had to run to every house with a number 18 since that's all I had to go off of. I finally found the house with my order. Overall, good product with good quality, but the shipment tanked this review heavily, so the delivery service was iffy. I'll still be ordering my clothing off Bershka, but now I'm going to review my address and double check with my delivery
