Saw Dr Cuthbert Sebastian today

Saw Dr Cuthbert Sebastian today, having been asked to see GP regarding my recent blood results.
He knew nothing of my medical history, belittled my severe heavy periods and belittled the GP who had asked me to be followed up, implying that they didn’t need to because I have ongoing yoyo-ing anaemia. He did not take my heavy periods seriously (despite fact I am having urgent hysterectomy) and did not even read my notes to see the pattern of blood results and the fact I am under a gynaecologist. He was not interested that my haemoglobin had dipped with ongoing heavy bleeding, despite high dose of iron tablets and the fact it will probably dip again due to ongoing blood loss. He did not even ask how long my periods last or how heavy they are. He also did not organise further blood tests or take my blood pressure despite me feeling dizzy and breathless.

The surgery itself is great - I have had no previous issues and cannot fault the surgery on any other occasion.

The best Doctor surgery

This surgery has amazing staff, I have finally found a surgery that takes me seriously, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, very polite and helpful. The doctor was very helpful and informative. After one appointment I’m so impressed. After bad experiences with rude receptionist and doctors at my old surgery, this is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the wonderful staff there.

Come on Doctors

Come on Doctors, years ago the hippocratic oath
was signed, but when you work in your field or in
other fields to do with medicine and people you
keep that surely in your mind. People are being
let down who need your help I lost a loving father
years ago who went to his GP for a least
a year and was sent back and forth for medicine
to do with his Colon, and he suffered, he was a
trained Mental Nurse who worked up to be Assistant
Chief Male Nurse position and always tried to help his patients but when he needed help it wasn't there
died several years after as had stage 2 or 3 Dukes.
All the new equipment is at SRH now; and these serious illnesses are not referred from practices like
ours, in time to save lives not only from cancers other illnesses.
I worked from age 19 as a medical Secretary in an xray department and learn't of awful
conditions that need your help who ever they may be
and whatever the problem. Yesterday more help
is going to be offered to GP's surgery, I have had problems with a member of staff who doesn't seem
to tell the truth but goes on working there, in years before they would be reprimanded for the slightest
indiscretion. So at the moment improvement is so
needed by yourselves and other Staff. Although most
are lovely people.

Harold Shipman alive & well at Bersted Grn surgery, Bognor.

Apart from hours on the phone in queue every day for months & getting nowhere, if you do get through reception tell you to contact the pr manager Gail, Gail is not the Pr Mgr she is a reception manager & explains why any letters you send to Gail Pr Manager are never responded to or addressed by the actual pr mgr or GP's your letter was addressed to also. It seems the entire purpose of reception, if you ever get through, is to at any cost prevent you from seeing a GP & to cover up their own incompetence and their abusive attitude towards you by witholding communications to GP's, then making fabricated allegations against you for politely asking legal questions.(NHS class this as aggression & violence towards them) Only last week I hand delivered a personal letter to the Pr Mgr, Coleen on reception asked if it was something she could open & deal with. She seemed panicked when I replied No ?
BGs website looks very professional, links to registering online, I did this twice with no response, upon getting through to reception I was told by the young lady that nobody at the surgery even opens or acts upon online registrations, I spent over a month in agony without pain relief for spinal injury or Asthma medication because of this.
Dr Rophina Yeld refused to treat or talk to me after 2 months of vomiting blood, a constricting umbilical hernia & an overdue MRI referral for an existing brain tumor, unless I signed a 'Behaviour agreement', this is on taped recording ∈ front of witness.
Yeld's demands (which I refused politely) and refusal to treat were based on previous criminally falsified medical records by Bristol PCT, whose deliberate acts of malice & falsifications of medical records caused the death of my Grandmother eleven years ago with further malicious falsifications by GP's and nurses attempting to cover this up causing me to be criminally abused by other Bristol authorities. Yeld had Frizelle bursting through the door after pressing her panic button because I refused to sign her defamatory form. What a nice thing to do to someone she was aware of having complex PTSD as a result of forced entry & violence in their own home, caused by falsified medical reports by her peers.
If you value your life keep well away from Yeld (& surgery). She is fully prepared to kill & cause you GBH. If you've been treated badly by her or any of them do submit a complaint immediately & make it public knowledge, from experience if you don't people like her & Adrian Young will go on to do a lot worse.
Nobody has a good experience at BG surgery (see main NHS review site), nobody can get through on the phone & even my friend who was involved in a serious car crash 2 years ago & sustained knee, hip & shoulder injury attended BG surgery with serious shoulder pain, was not examined by the GP at all but given a leaflet on arm exercises.
It is time all patients who have been neglected or abused by surgeries & NHS employees such as these stand up and make it very clear the behaviour of NHS employees such as Rophna Yeld & incompetent surgeries is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. These people rely on your silence to protect their criminal abuses, negligence & incompetence. I am absolutely sure the only reason Sussex PCT apologized for the refusal of treatment based on malicious false entries to medical records of Jonathan & Rachel Murphy was because these people took their story to the Chichester Observer, story published on 28th November 2018.
Please do not tolerate this sort of criminal behaviour by NHS employees who consider themselves exempt from law, especially types such as Rophina Yeld who no doubt consider they have special priviledges to abuse people with impunity.
There are posters in every NHS about how NHS will not tolerate abuse (basicaly answering back useless human beings in NHS employee which even at reception feel they take offence to), Update.Gail has now to a 3rd party (on tape) attempted to fabricate further malicious allegations, we received a defamatory & libelous letter from Adrian Young (Pr Mgr)(unsigned?& wonder if from Gail ) threatening me to remove this review or else ! Look up Adrian Young, he does not keep jobs for very long, he is also an ex employee of the met police & G4S & explains how he thinks he is above the law & free to abuse patients & fabricate malicious allegations and ignore communications sent to him regarding life threatening health conditions that require referral.
These people do not like exposure or their victims telling the truth. Do expose these people & do not tolerate their behaviour, threats or abuse .Gail & Yeld are nasty pieces of work . Criminal allegations against Yeld, Gail & Young have been made to the PCT, GMC & PALS, none have responded. Please also see the main NHS website reviews of this surgery, lots of patients abused to a level their lives are at risk. Mr Lee Gilliland. nb. I have recorded on dictaphone every conversation with this practice proving Adrian Young & reception are maliciously fabricating allegations against patients as well as Rophina Yeld's refusal to treat for brain tumor & vomiting blood for 2 months (now 5 months).
