Absolute liars and thieves. Not happy that I have to give them a star. I changed money in their Sorrento branch and I asked the lady if there was a commission. She said no and I will give you a good rate as I was exchanging 300US. Not only did she charge 19.9% but also a fixed fee of €9.90. I asked her for my money back as she lied to me but she showed me a sign that said no refunds and said she never told me there wasn’t a commission. Do not go there they are rude and very deceitful.

Scam!!! Avoid at any cost, lost 168euro for 20% service fee. Shame for Italian government to allow them to operate, hard to imagine how many innocent and foreign people got scammed!!!

Rookie mistake- glad we didn't exchange a large amount- never again. The italian government really should be ashamed - if they want to practice this way, at least they should have to post the true amounts.

Scammers. We arrived at one of their offices in Italy and asked what the exchange rate was to change the dollar to the euro, they told us 1.16. The person who attended us told us that if we changed more, we would get a lower ratio, therefore we reached the figure of 3,000 USD and a ratio of 1.11. Then we handed over the money, the 3000 usd, and he gave us the euros, which he counted under his breath, and a piece of paper to sign. When we count the money right there on the spot, we realize that there are only 2,191 euros! We immediately asked for a refund and they told us that it was our duty to inform us of their politicians and not of them to tell us how much money they were going to give us. There is no way to inform us of your policies if you do not inform us!! The only thing that tells us is that it is our duty to inform us and that the money will not be returned. This anywhere in the world is called SCAM.

It just happened to us for US dollars exchange. The cashier only mentioned about the rate, she never mention about the fee 19.90% and another fee charge applied. very dishonest.... She said she did, I told her to check her camera which located on the top of her counter. she Never disclosure the fee. my money is about 180Euros short. I called polices, two policies came, and I explained to police about it and requested to show the carmera. They said only manager can access to the camera, they are scam.

My son and his friend went here yesterday when they arrived in Ibiza and had to pay €873,- for €700,- A very disappointing start of their holiday after they worked their ass off to finance this holiday! Total scam, DON'T GO THERE! Warn your children!

Don’t dare to enter, big scam!!!
We wanted to change $400 to euro (exchange rate was $1= 1.1EUR) they gave us back only 272 EUR, claiming there is a 20% service fee!!
We asked to chancel and get our money back but they wouldn’t! that was on our first day in Rome, very disappointing.

I requested 300 euros. Was charged a $100 Canadian service fee!! What a rip off! Do NOT USE!

On 25/05/2023 I exchanged 190.00 US dollars to Euros 122,80.( you do the math) Exchange rate was hidden, after realizing the rate after the transaction it was too late. I could not believe this establishment is in business right outside the Basilica!!!Theives!!

These are thieves. They don’t tell how much your money makes in euros before exchanging and when they tell you and you don’t accept it they don’t give you your money back. They rely on their very small written commision rules but this is a crime.
