Asked for £300 worth of euros at kiosk at Palma airport. I was given 340€ I asked how much i would be charged. She said my account would be debitted £300. Reality is the debit on my account is £370.18. In complete shock that they've charged me a total of €84.47 fee for this transaction. Not a good start to my holiday. Why didn't i go to ATM like i usually do???

Scam!!! Horrible!!!! Don’t ever go here. They charged a horrible exchange rate and then said it was our fault that we didn’t double check and would not exchange back. Very dishonest. A clear scam, they just want your money. They aren’t even listed on Google maps so you can’t easily look them up.

I just don’t know how this company still exists after all the money it’s stealing from people. I could literally sue it for fake advertisement, it literally said 0% commission and still toke commission.

Fundamentally dishonest business practice that relies on customers not reading fine print and they refuse to cancel transactions once you hand over cash. What they do should be illegal and is in fact illegal in many countries. They charge a 20% commission before they even begin to apply the exchange ratio.

THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN £120 from our exchange money and when I asked for it back. They stated that it is noted on the board. He literally just points at it and expect you to know that they will be taking a massive commission out of your money!! DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!

Total scammers . They have fees that are hidden in front of you . They don't tell you . Just charge you a fortune and take close to 20% plus 9 euro fee .

First of all, the rates are actually awful and they don't tell you upfront, they are intentionally vague about it only includes the 20% commission and $10 fixed fee in small print.

Once you give them the money without knowing the real rates, they refuse to give it back apparently the "transaction is done".

More like Worst and Slow Change because they are also slow.

Almost no extra charge besides taxes. The Post Office is trying to give you the currency you can spend, not scam you for a quick profit.

Scammers. Everyone that works for this company should consider themselves scum and thieves. The whole company is a scam. They will steal the money and call it a commission for exchanging my money and refuse to return it. They give the most gaslighting excuse as to why they are stealing from you. Avoid this place.

DO NOT use this company. Exchange rate looks ok but the small print says that they charge a nearly 20% fee plus a fixed fee for changing your money. Use the local post office instead. It's as close to scam as you can get, but it's technically legal because if you look hard enough (and you generally don't when you're abroad) you can see the horrific charges they levy.
