Do not use this company.I order a watch and didn’t think that the payment had gone through so did it again and Two lots of money were taken out of my account.When I noticed this I then emailed joy to ask for another watch as I didn’t want 2 the same or a refund and I have heard nothing since
Avoid like a plague no watch sent after 8 weeks no response to emails keep your money I just keep ordering watches to wind them up we should all do the same

Felt I should add to these reviews, I too purchased a replica watch which was the better of the one's they advertise and cost over £400.00 The watch looked AMAZING however after only ONE week it stopped working. Long story short I sent it back, Joy then said it hadn't arrived even though the tracking proved it did after 53 emails and 12 weeks the watch came back worked for another THREE weeks and then stopped again.......DO NOT RISK IT....... Also to note they advertise as water proof but are not......!!!!
Terrible company, rarely replys to mails. I have returned a watch for exchange. Posted and tracked. Guess what? After many mails, no response. My best Advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !!!!!

Paid more than 300$ for a IWC big pilot that all buttons didn’t work.
And I had to wind it. Joy advice was to send the watch which cost me 30$ more but nobody was at the address they gave me .
I lost my money.
Joy never answered my emails.
Supposed to be automatic but needs winding. Keeps stopping and one the hands has fallen off. Bought 1 dec 18.
