don't bother withdrawing if you win
absolutely shocking site. they let you deposit however much you like, no problem. the minute you win and try and withdraw? account suspended. you have to get onto the customer support team and (in my personal experience) upload EVERY piece of personal documents you own. I showed my drivers licence, passport, bank card, motor insurance document and even a BANK STATEMENT yet this still wasn't enough for them. 2 days later, my account is still not active so I get onto the support team for a 2nd time, i'm assured the issue is fixed. lo and behold, its not fixed. onto the team for a third time where they finally fixed it.
extremely scummy business practice, they should be shut down.
