I had a dormant account I had forgotten about and thought I would years later check so I could use it. I read an old email saying my balance had now been transferred as it had been over 2 years, which was unread so got on the old chatbot that then transferred me to a live human and after proving I was who I said I was got back into my credited account and communication was straight forward.

My account was suspended for some unknown reason months and months ago.
Contacted them today for them to say there is nothing they can do as it’s still with customer services under review I was told 28 days I keep being passed pillar to post to different people when they all say the same thing.
It’s ridiculous I was told 28 days and it’s now probably 4/5 months on. And still no further forward. No one seems to want to help or even know what to do or what their on about.
Avoid at all costs they just treat u like crap and say they don’t know. You can’t even contact customer services.

The glitching between sportsbook and casino is shocking. Also the RTPs stated are not correct. Ive tested this on multiple occasion and cant get above 50% RTP. These places should probably be audited to ensure fair play. As its seems blatant in some aspect of the service.
