I had a problem with a settled bet…
I had a problem with a settled bet (rule 4). As I'm new to online betting I did not know about the deductions applied if fancied horses pull out of the race before it starts. They offered me a free bet as a gesture of my ignorance which I thought was pretty decent really. One thing I mark them down for, is their chatbot doesn't really work, but that goes for every Virtual Assistant I've used, so appears to be a universal problem with online experiences.

Shame on you as many of the top book makers waved the Rule 4 for all the right reasons.
I would not mind but after the race my bet was settled and paid out and 10 minutes later you took 25p in the pound .

Betfair - your company needs to listen. Betfair needs to undertake a serious morality check..you have scammers working within your company somewhere, somehow. And you need to be an honest and upstanding company and stop ignoring reports of this type of disgusting activity when it's brought to your attention.

Absolutly dishonest company, till you lose yor money they seems to be ok and correct but if you are in plus the problems are starting soon - they void and refuse to pay winning bets, delete winning bets, they increase provisions or use different other ways to take your money out if your pocket
