Won big on this site a few months back
Won big on this site a few months back. Ever since all I get is empty bonuses and spins every single time. Different days different deposits it’s never changed since I won big on here. Just proves that isn’t random generated just making sure nothing else is won until they have back what you won. Different stakes different games same outcome on every single game. Disappointing didn’t think this site was like some of the others but seems to be it is.

Hi Paige,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review regarding your recent gaming outcomes and game fairness.
We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating it is to experience a streak of losses after having previously enjoyed a significant win.
We perform rigorous, independent testing and auditing on all our games and random number generators to ensure that every single spin and bonus round is entirely random and unbiased regardless of past activity.
Our team remains fully committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and trustworthy environment for all our players.
Please be aware that I have sent you an internal request through Trustpilot for me to be able to contact you directly and to be in a position to handle your concerns.
