Great experience at ski slope
My son recently enrolled for a 4 week course at the dry slope at Goslings, the experience was flawless right from week 1. John is extremely patient, knowledgeable and engages with the kids straight away. The booking process was very smooth and well assisted by Jess. Very impressed by the quality of the service.

Changing and showering facilities for women after swimming lessons
On 22 October 2026 I started a women’s only beginner swimming class at Woolwich Waves. I was very disappointed that I had to get changed in a mixed changing room with men and then walk to where the Training Pool was situated. Women at the class should have been able to change in a women only changing facility close to the training pool. I found this situation very annoying and ill thought out. Women's privacy and space should be a consideration.
Consideration should have been given to the women who did this class who needed somewhere private to shower and change their clothes. Please could management look into this and sort this out as it’s unfair.
After the swimming lesson I had nowhere private to have a proper shower and to get changed so I had to go home covered in chlorine which is not great for my very sensitive skin.

The swimming teachers in Better…
The swimming teachers in Better Thornton Heath Leisure centre are very good in what they do to the students. They are very supportive and helpful. My daughter is making a very good progress with them. Many thanks and keep up the good work😊

Cancellation fee complaint
I booked a class at Bath Leisure Centre and then had to cancel because of heavy cold I cancelled at 10 pm the evening before the 11-15 am class, via the Better App and within cancellation guidelines. Immediately after cancellation my account on the app showed no classes booked. 2 days later I received an email telling me thatI was being penalised with a "late cancellation" fee ! This is unacceptable and incompetent.
