If I only I read these reviews first. Waiting on 2 nail polishes I ordered. It’s been over a month and nothing… I did receive 1 reply back from an Allison, stating omg, I overlooked your order and stated she was sending my products out right then and there… oh yes, and that she was going to “expedite” the pkg to me!!! I was so relieved… I have as of this date, received NOTHING and now I can’t get an answer back from my emails. Will be contacting my credit card company on Monday…. It will be 6 full
weeks and they have my money and I have NO products!!!

Same as everyone else’s story- ordered 4/27 & to date (2021) have not received product.

Terrible company! Whole website is fake with all robot reviews no real ones.. they never will actually ship your product that you paid for and will not give refunds.. over 3 months later still nothing

This website is scam!! I ordered boxers on Feb 10th, and still don’t have them. They send me these BS emails that they are working on them and will come shortly.

I ordered a blanket from BFF wear for my girlfriend, it came in within 8 days. I love it! they did a great job. I was nervous after reading previous reviews however i had no issues. Would definitely order from them again.

My bf didn't see the little package in his mailbox so I was afraid they never arrived! But I did some digging and found them at the bottom. They're great quality and HILARIOUS, all his buddies asked for a pair (yes of my crazy face) for Christmas.

SCAM!

Ordered socks on March 29 via PayPal to my credit card, the payment came up approved on my statement . I went to check the status to make sure everything went okay the following week to find the order had been cancelled. I emailed the company and they told me they never received the payment and I would not be receiving a refund. I sent them a screen shot of the purchase from my statement and they still insisted the payment was never received. I called my credit card company as per their request and they again confirmed the payment had been received by the company. Did they really think I wouldn’t notice? I will be disputing this charge and getting my money back. Hopefully they will be shut down before too long.

After waiting a month and thinking I was being scammed, I received my order! It was awesome and my husband loved his boxers. The company sent me a very nice response to my not so very nice email explaining what happened. I will definitely be buying from them again!!!!

Placed my order on February 21, 2019 & received it March 9, 2019. I also paid the extra 3.95 for priority processing. My boyfriend got it & LOVED the product & so do I!!! I’ve honestly sat here & read all the terrible reviews, but my experience wasn’t bad at all. They’re also great quality boxers & the picture is printed nicely to where it won’t fade easily.

I’ve been waiting for over a month for my gift to come in, like many people, but I finally got updated tracking information and the boxers were finally delivered. They’re great, love them! Maybe next time I’ll just order earlier.

I read most of the reviews and they sound exactly like my situation. I ordered boxers for my husband over a month and and still have not received them. I sent the company an email and they said it takes 12-16 business days and it was the 16th day (lie). I emailed them again and no response. Clearly all of the reviews on their actual website are fake because I have searched the site all over and there is no where for me to write a review.

I placed an order around last week of January and still haven't received it! I'm reporting to The Better Business Bureau! I'm going to my bank tomorrow and have the charge returned!!

You know a company is horrible when they don’t have a customer service phone number. As others who have reviewed, at this point I think it is a scam. I ordered boxers on feb 6 and they are still in production. All customer service will do is email me that they need more time. I have asked for a number and they will not provide one.

The internet scammers win again. People have to be careful these days. Way too many fake companies opening up, taking your info then going rouge. My review is the same as everyone else. No product, no contact available, money gone, blah blah. Lucky for me my bank will take care of it. I urge everyone to contact your bank and do a charge back so eventually their merchant shuts down.

My situation echoes at least 6 of these reviews from the last few days

I will be calling my bank today to see what recourse I have for reimbursement.
Kind of angry moreso that I won’t have the product I was looking forward to giving my husband for Valentine Day.

It is a shame I have to give them a star. I’m not even convinced this company isn’t a scam. I placed my order at the end of a January and it is now March. I first contacted them in the middle of February and received a response that i had not waited the standard 12-14 days needed (even though it was past that point). I now assume my order has been lost since it has been tracking as “shipping label being printed” for about 2 weeks. I wrote to request a refund and now they are not responding. I may try to report them through my credit card company to see if there is anything they can do.

I placed an order for boxers on January 31st and I still haven't received them.

1 week ago - "I just looked into your order, it takes 12-16 business days for boxers, it's been 12 business days as of today, and we will need at least another 3 business days. After that we can hand off the items to the shipping courier to scan.
They are really overwhelmed at this point but we upgraded you to priority to help combat this.

So with this said, I would check to see if your tracking number gets updated in 2-4 business days after production time is finished, (this will give you the precise delivery date)"

5 days ago - "I just looked into your order, it's been 15 business days as of today, and we almost finished. Should be finished by late tonight and after that we can hand off the items to the shipping courier to scan.

Do not order from them!

I also paid for priority shipping a month ago and have not received. Better still, they haven’t even been shipped. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I placed an order over a month ago now for boxers. It has been stuck on “shipping label added” for 20+ days. I have contacted them and their generic response was “allow 2-4 business days for tracking to update” ITS BEEN OVER 20 DAYS... ??????? Do not give them your money!!! They are running a scam!!!!!!
