I wish I would of looked at reviews before I ordered. I went and ordered a pair of boxers for my boyfriend for Valentines day on January 28th and still haven't received them. When I emailed about a week ago she told me it would take 16 to 20 business days...yet here I am nothing to show with the tracking # and no boxers but yet they took my money pronto :(

Placed an order Jan 29 2019, in hope for it to arrive by Valentines day. The company did have a note to order by Jan 20 to ensure delivery before the holiday, so I understood that I probably wouldn't. I was constantly checking the status of my order, and as of Feb 11 2019 my product was complete, and the shipping label was created. They then attached a link to DHL for tracking the shipment. The status per DHL's website is "Shipping Label was Created" It still hasn't been shipped out, as of Feb 22 2019. I emailed the company asking for an update on why it is taking so long, and the automated response was "please wait 10-36 hours for us to review your email" I still haven't heard back. I am losing my patience, my next step will be requesting a charge back through my bank. I do not recommend this company at all!

What a horrible company. They had a counter on thier website counting down how long you had to order something to get it by Val. Day...well I made the cut and here it's the 20th and still nothing...its had a shipping label added for a week...reporting as fraud.

Ps...I love how they only respond to the positive reviews...jerks!

I share the same experience as others. I ordered my product in January, its now 02/20 and nothing. I paid the extra fee to "move to head of the line". What a scam. Only way to speak with someone is by email. No phone number or chat. Do not order from here. Worst experience I've ever had.

I placed my order in January and still have not recieved my product and I'm very upset. I would not recommend this company if you need a gift by a certain time. I was so excited to give my husband boxers for Valentine's day, when they didnt show up I thought ok they have to be here by my anniversary on February 19th....still not here. Maybe I'll get them in time for xmas.

very bad and unacceptable experience!!!! I hope that people should be awarded of this. I purchased an order on the 10th. Then I received an email saying that my order has been refund in the next day for no reason and without any apologize from them. So I thought that my item is sold out. And now is the 14th when Im checking my bank, they just completely charged me twice times and it cost $34.60 per each charged. I did not get the refundable yet and by the time I still got charge for nothing!! please STAY AWAY from this SCAM COMPANY!! they just trying to take your money with not sending any orders!!!

I ordered a custom wear for my BF and it has still not arrived. It has been 3 weeks already. When I am checking the status of the order it says shipping label created and it is not have been moving ever since that label has been created from DHL. The label was created via DHL ecommerce and supposed to be delivered by USPS...so shady! Still have no updates on my order ever since the label was created! So disappointed

Wish I could rate a 0! I paid for fast shipping they tell me it will be shipped in 12 to 16 days?! I asked what happened to the fast shipping I paid for and no response! Starting to think this company is a scam!!

I purchased socks from this company. When i entered in shipping address i accidentally put wrong city and zip. I contacted the company via email and informed them of the situation and gave the correct info since the post office was returning the item to the sender.

Oh no! Unfortunately, these packages don't get sent back to us but rather to a sorting facility where they are disposed. I'm so sorry you did not get them because I'm sure you would've loved them. But at this point, the only thing I can offer is a replacement for only 75% the entire cost. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the replacement.

I placed my order a month ago and It has said shipping label added for the last 2 weeks. Im starting to think this site is a scam. They said they upgrade my order to priority shipping but thats a lie. I will be reporting this as fraud. Dissapointed.

I placed my order a month ago. When I check the status on the website, it said "in processing" for a few weeks. Then, I emailed them. They said it was being handed over to shipping a week and a half ago. Every time I tried to check the shipping status or location, it just said "shipping label created". I've emailed them several times. They can't even tell me an expected delivery date, much less if it will arrive by Christmas! When I try to look up the tracking number, it takes me to the DHL site, which says "Shipping Label Created" and dated TWO days ago. Then, it says it will be passed off to USPS eventually. So basically, it sounds like it's just been sitting someplace in Maryland! They have been shady about every time I contact them.

The cat images printed great! The small size fits me but the large was not big enough for my husband who has size 12 shoes.

This company is awesome! I just received my customized socks yesterday, and they’re far better than I ever imagined. When I first ordered them my picture didn’t upload correctly, and one of the sales reps called me the next day and was super friendly and helpful. The quality of the product is outstanding, and I know the friend I’m giving these socks to is going to love them! I will definitely order again. Excellent birthday or hostess gift for anyone with a pet!
